As a 5 star hotel, you should expect something special, and you'll get it.
There's underground public parking, but the hotel has areas marked off for guest use. There's direct access to the hotel lobby from there also.
Didn't use the restaurant, but the cafe was excellent and great value.
Location is perfect for easy access to the old town.
Id definately return.

Very comfortable, clean hotel - all the usual stuff. But the highlight is the front desk staff. When I missed my day tour (because I didn't realize there was a one hour change between Portugal and Spain), the staff went out of their way to help me rescue my day by finding public transport options. Because of their ideas and assistance, I still had a wonderful day. Thank you!

Despite the signage and letterheads, this is not a 5-star hotel in our opinion. There are no doormen or bellboys, such staff would be very helpful navigating the 15 or so steep steps from the street to the lobby. There is no complimentary water in the room. The shower is in the bath. Used glasses were not cleaned or replaced. The room is of good size and the beds are comfortable. Location is good.

It is a historic building and hotel with beautiful paintings, furnitures and circular staircase. Room was very spacious and bed comfortable. Very close to the cathedral and many restaurants and shops. 15min walk from the train station.
