Eurostars Executive Hotel

Hotel was advertised with aircondition. It should say heated vent during winter months. We were not able to rest due to heat.

Overall it was a nice quiet hotel. It is not sound proof and you can hear the noises from the halls. It is located right in front of a bus stop that makes getting to and from the train station quiet easily. It is located about 1.5 hours away from the airport by train and 45 minutes from the main area of Barcelona.

Easy access to public transport, clean and spacious room staff were helpful and polite

Air conditioning wasn't working good in our rooms 214 & 216, running all night won't bring it from 24 C to 23 C

It was a little far from Barcelona. It could use complimentary shuttle to the city. Although the metro was across the street, we decided on UBER.

Stayed here earlier in the year, very nice hotel, staff very pleasant, room excellent, enjoyed the breakfast, will certainly book to stay at this hotel again when working in the area :-)

Room was large and clean. AC worked great and staff was excellent The breakfast was very very good..

The hotel manager and receptionist were very polite and helpful in helping me find the places I wanted in Barcelona.

Dirty, unsafe, large groups of children were staying for sport events , running in the hallways bouncing the soccer ball, nothing to see, as for my experience in the hotel, no help, one young girl has person only deals at the front desk no time to pick up the phone, no help with luggage or anything else, the Tv programs expect were not available, I was told they were working on it therefore no movies no Netflix as advertised, I arrived in “my room “ people were still there, no apologies,restaurant closed certain times and days, no warning I arrived after an almost 8 hour flight, when I booked I had paid for what they called breakfast brunch and I got 2 pieces of fruit, a sandwich, water, a little bag of nuts and a juice box No coffee I requested to speak to the owner but it didn’t happen, not around to call or email me at any point I initially reserved the hotel for 2 nights an my flight was changed spending one 1 night there and didn’t get anything back, the list goes on Don’t waste your money, this was the worse experience, don’t bother

Maria At the front desk needs customer service training. Staff is not friendly, bathroom sink is not practical among other things.

I recommend the Eurostars Executive if you are planning to visit Barcelona for business or on holiday. It is conveniently located less than 30 minutes from the Downtown Barcelona. It is quiet and clean, there is an Aldi supermarket right next door and many options for cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. The only thing issue we encountered was when connecting to the WiFi. However, the receptionist was able to help us connect. We also paid extra for the breakfast, and it was well worth it. It si served buffet-style and includes fruits juices, many coffee options, pastries, fruits, etc... Overall a great place to stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel because it was very clean, quiet and we enjoyed the free wifi. The food served at breakfast was delicious. There is a small grocery store called Aldi right next to the hotel (1 min walk) which we really loved and it was very convenient. Would 10/10 recommend.
