Very friendly staff at reception. Well sized and presented room with all the features you would expect. Underground parking available at an adjacent public car park with a separate marked area for the Hotel allowing access straight from the car park to the Hotel. I only had breakfast and not an evening meal but the restaurant was superb with interesting views of the port.

All things considered a reasonably good hotel, location is ok and the old town is a 10-15 mins walk away where good food and drink can be had, staff were excellent and gave great information

Large hotel by the convention center, not a good location, dirty area and kind of sketchy. About 20 minutes from old town walking, parking is paid. Saw people having drugs by the entrance of the lobby. Vigo's old town is in bad shape, many buildings are deteriorated.
