The facility is very nice overall and the room was nice and large. The staff were very friendly. Property is nice but a little dated. The location of the hotel far from central Madrid to walk but only a 10-15min taxi ride.

A little bit of a disappointing stay. I arrived very late due to a delayed flight, but although there was no queue at hotel reception, it was very slow to check in, and i was very tired. In addition to the above, the hotel and room is not 5 star standard, it was very dated and not very upmarket in its style and decor. In my room there was tea and coffee and a kettle, but no milk. When i asked the room service for milk to make my morning coffee, they tried to charge me €5.00! It would have been cheaper to just buy a cup of coffee! Its very poor standard not to provide the small sachets of milk for the room in a 5 star hotel! It is even worse to try to charge a guest €5.00 for milk for 1 coffee! Very shocking and below 5 star standard. Lastly, i booked 2 night stay, with breakfast for 1 morning. But my itinerary changed, and i was not able to have breakfast on the first morning, so i asked reception if i could take breakfast the following morning instead, but they refused! Once again, not a good experience and not 5 star service. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom are very spacious.

This place was really cool. Best part was the parking was excellent. The rooms are super nice.

This is rated as a 5 star hotel…it is not. The hotel is located far from the city so you have to take public transport to get anywhere There is a supermarket very close by which is convenient cause there is really nothing around Overall rated it a 4 star cause the room had issues with the power blowing while using a tea kettle The doors had to be slammed to close

Very clean, spacious, quiet area near Madrid. Attentive staff, resolved my non-functioning A/C immediately. Highly recommend!
