Easy for one night stop over.

After stating that we needed a quiet room was given one right over the bar area and where the animation took place. Moved 2 days later. Restaurant staff never stopped clearing but very slow replenishing trays of food. Food uninteresting

Overall a good experience but there were several issues with the room on arrival (which were later resolved). There was very limited parking availability even with the wooded overflow carpark area. Food was okay, but very repetitive and could have been rotated a little more frequently for a better variety.

The food was okay. Not amazing but not terrible. We had to pay an extra 18euro per day for sea view which would have been fine had we not already spent 380euro for 4 nights. The rooms are great but although it has a kictheb there are absolutely no cutlery, crockery, utensils or pans which was a pain. Unfortunately, the hotel also does not have 2 outdoor pools as showcased on here. There is one outdoor and one indoor. The gym is also more of a weights area rather than a gym - there is treadmill or cardio equipment is shown in the pictures. The beach is nearby but it's not one of the most beautiful. Another downer is the fact that you have to pay extra for the use of a safe or lockers. The customer service was really good though (from reception to restaurant manager) and the fact that it was a nice local spot with hardly any tourists spoiling the experience - thumbs up! All and all not a bad trip but just a bit overpriced I'd say.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, tranquilo, con buenas vistas, limpio y en correcto estado, se rompió la ducha y la cambiaron en 5 minutos tras el aviso. La limpieza muy bien ejecutada. El buffet es correcto y variado, con opción de plancha todos los días. El personal muy amable en todo momento.

Super Lage

Neteja excel·lent. Habitació comoda i entorn preciós. Llàstima que l'esmorçar no tenia la qualitat corresponent.

Niveau restaurant moyen

Le titre est sévère mais si comme moi, vous pensez avoir une chambre tranquille avec vue sur la mer, passez votre chemin. L'hébergement est très grand, on dirait un appartement, la terrasse et les grandes baies donnent bien sur la mer mais . . . aucune intimité, et la disco-mobile en face, l'horreur ! Ne prenez rien au rez de chaussée, tous les numéros de chambre qui commencent par 1 sont à éviter et surtout du 101 à 120 (voir photos) Il y a des gosses partout, qui courent, sautent dans la piscine malgré les interdictions sous le regard complaisant de leurs parents. Ça gueule, ça pleure, ça bouscule. Un camp de vacances vous dis-je. Petits couples peinards qui veulent passer un bon moment romantique, fuyez cet endroit ! Quand je vois les photos, j'en pleure de rire et de rage tellement je sais qu'elles ont été prises à 7H30. Tout le personnel, par contre, est au top. Les femmes qui font le ménage sont des Wonder-Women. Notre chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée quand on est arrivé et en 20 minutes elles ont remis ça nickel alors que c'était Beyrouth l'appart. Sable partout et couches du BB dans la poubelle de la SDB !!! Bravo mesdames ça doit pas être facile tous les jours.
