Excelente atención lugar confortable, en las mañanas se ciente ruidos en los pasillos, pero se los dije y hoy no sentí nada , te ayudan a buscar las vías para moverte en la ciudad ellos son maravillosos, mucha limpieza, la comida original echa por ellos , alimentos frescos y muy buen shef excelentes en la cosina

Everything was great. I will always choose Europa Fonda when staying in Grannollers.

the hotel is located on the main square of the city, there are many shop and restaurant near here. the rooms are spacious but for my taste they are very dark even with the light on. There is no mini bar and this is not pleasant in summer. If you are assigned a room overlooking the street or square, the noise from customers until late at night is not pleasant. The rooms facing the internal garden are much quieter.

Noise outside as the room was on second floor and external walls to two sides , external work was taking place late at night and early morning. Breakfast was added , but not worth 10 euros

The place is absolutely beautiful. We loved the room, and the corridors, the stairs, the whole building is gorgeous.

The room did not look like the one displayed in photos. The hotel’s wifi was not functioning my whole stay where I had to add an extra expense of a SIM card to be able to work. There was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience. The walls must be thin since I could hear everything in the hotel, such as the restaurant downstairs, other guests, and housekeeping. I had multiple times where someone opened my door and then, took off realizing I was napping in my room. It has to be staff since there are card keys to enter each room, so not anyone could access the room. There is not shuttle service with the trek to and from the airport or Barcelona on public transportation being inconvenient since it takes at least an hour and a half. Not to mention there are no coffee machines in the room, which is standard for hotels nowadays, even microwaves and small fridges are quite standard.

Lovely hotel in a great location in the centre of Granollers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in our room. Despite this, we would definitely stay there again!

This was a trip with friends to explore Barcelona and surrounding areas. Hotel was well suited to our needs. Staff was very friendly and everything clean. Very safe area with easy access to public transportation as well as lovely restaurants and shops.

Property had a unique, old meets new style about it, and there was enough space for my toddler and I to be comfortable. We arrive very late because of flight delays, and were then stuck at the station because there were no taxis. The hotel couldn't call one for us & so I was trying to call myself & taxi companies just hung up on us. In the end, the police who were monitoring a rowdy group nearby gave us a lift to the hotel. My toddler and I were exhausted, so getting to our room at 1am and finding it had a horrific stench of blocked plumbing/drainage that pervaded the bathroom and flowed into the rest of the room, wasn't ideal. It stank to the extent that even out clothes picked up the smell the next morning. The towels had the same stench too. I raised it with reception and asked that they come and smell it first hand, and the guy agreed it was horrendous, but we still had to spend the night in there. I couldn't sleep despite being super tired because it really was bad. No offer of a different room, no discount to our room rate, nothing. No tea or coffee in the room or any other refreshments, and the coffee machine from the breakfast room on the floor right below was SOOO LOUD it sounded like a pneumatic drill early in the morning. It was super loud, enough to wake you up with a fright.

The room could definitely benefit from a coffee machine and a fridge

Great location!! Friendly staff - example breakfast guy new what drinks we wanted on the second day and brought them over quickly. A point of note - they have discounted parking - massively discounted - make sure you ask at the front desk!!!
