This place is in a great location, everything is in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend the all inclusive option it is worth the money.

Everything good except very limited choice of food for vegetarians and vegans

Thos is advertised as a 4 star hotel this it is not ! We stayed in room 164 with a side facing aspect with a terible view poky balcony tgst we coukd mit sit on ad it was too noisy from the array of bars situated around the left side of the hotel Sleeping was very difficult due to the noise I did email reception requesting a room change yet to get a reply The heavy smell of cannabis on the corridor leading up to our room! Pool area was lovely plenty of beds and umbrellas every day Food was good with plenty of chooce

Bugs in the room

First of all, I’m really not the type of person to ever leave a negative review, and it takes a lot for me to complain about anything. I should also say that the staff were excellent; super helpful and friendly. The communal areas were lovely and clean and the pool area was a lovely place to relax. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the beach, and also a bus stop that goes to the airport and north to Adeje, La Caleta etc Unfortunately, due to food poisoning from the hotel food, I spent very little time whilst at the hotel anywhere other than my bed or in the toilet. The breakfast was okay, but the food at dinner (for the very few days when I was well enough to eat it) was generally unappetising. I was also given a room directly above the Irish bar next to the hotel. It was so loud from 7pm-1am that my bed would literally vibrate. Perhaps the stay would have been more pleasant if I was anywhere else in the hotel, but if you’re anywhere near the Irish bar and you’re in your room before 1am, you might as well give up on having a decent night’s sleep. It was miserable. I had come to H10 Las Palmeras for a relaxing few days after a couple of incredibly busy weeks at works. I ended up having the worst holiday of my life. I was almost in tears at the airport because I was so happy to be leaving.

The reception was extremely slow with queues at all times for check in/check out and everything else Food was average We had a room facing the front of the hotel and even tho we asked for a quiet room, we heard noice from nearby bars waking us up multiple times at night until 6am

Location, location, location and convenience.

Very friendly and wonderful front desk staff. Great food and room cleaning all excellent. Two problems: 1) very heavy handed, ignorant, loud, accusatory security guard in front lobby. He shouted at me, accused me of not stopping when he shouted - no idea he was shouting at me; accused me falsely of not stopping; as crowd gathered he continued to falsely allege that I had no pass into hotel. When I showed him pass, he refused to apologise - he said: “we don't do apologies”. This was needlessly embarrassing and ignorant and presents a counter experience to that offered by front desk staff. It was awful. 2). At the Gaelic Bar end of hotel loud music and shouting prevents sleeping before 12 or so every night. One night it continued all night until 5 am. For the price a “underground” room was not great.

Ridiculously slow check in. Staff are like robots. Poor air conditioning in the room and is lacking some basic amenities like an iron, tea / coffee making facilities etc. Charging extra for a safe in a 4 star hotel!

We booked a room for 4 nights and we were put in a 2 bed duplex, very convenient for the pool but the room was very stark and dated, the hotel itself was as nice but the dark dreary room spoiled it.

All was very good and made better by getting a free upgrade to a mini suite.

Such a fantastic hotel! Would highly recommend fantastic location and would defiantly stay here again if we travelled to Tenerife again. Cleaners were wonderful and very friendly.

Very good location.

Really enjoyed the stay with great food and service. The main part was the proximity to beautiful beaches and easy access to local services to visit other top attractions. Hotel services like swimming pool, bar etc was excellent as well as hospitality shown by every member.

Property is huge. 3 pools. Rooms could use some refurbishment.

First room given was above a loud bar, so I asked to be moved and they did move me to a quieter room. Most of the food was good, although a smaller selection than other places I have stayed. Gym facilities quite basic and only open from 8am. Pool area well maintained.

The property was in a great location. Endless amounts of restaurants and entertainment right outside the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the buffet food, the quality just wasn't there. Everything else was great though. If I was to stay again, I wouldnt do all inclusive, I would just stay there and eat everywhere but there.

Unfortunately our room was right above an Irish bar which sang the same songs until midnight every night, very loudly!

Very disappointed with the room and hotel food. Rooms are absolutely tiny, first room level 2 was far too noisy from bars outside so moved to level 5 which was much better. We had a broken shower door so the floor was soaked after every uses run the room smelt of urine from toilet. Asked to be moved 3 times and nothing got done. Didn’t change bed sheets when it was clear our baby had been sick on the bed but they still made up the bed. Reception was awful it took 45 minutes to check in, under staffed reception. Food was very disappointing, everything was over cooked by about 3 hours. Gym was pathetic, 1 treadmill and zero weights. Pool area was nice. Overall it’s a 4 out of 10 from us,
