Great hotel.

Really friendly staff, great location, good dining options

The hotel and the grounds are beautiful and unique.

Unusual architecture, lovely grounds and pool, close to Meloneras beach and pleasant 20 minute walk into Maspalomas. Buffet ok for breakfast but disappointing at dinner, food bland and lukewarm. Towels on sunbeds all day despite hotel policy of removing them.

Amazing property with an amazing staff.

Gaudi designed hotel. Beautiful rooms with big balcony. Swimming pools in nice cactus gardens. Coeliac Dream for food. Big thank you to the Restaurant as the Chef will walk round with you and do seperate food. Great desserts. All staff very freiendly. Fantastic H10 Hotel.

Great facilities, good location, very attentive and friendly staff. Quality of the buffet is average. Feels like they are trying to offer too much variety and the cost of that is quality.

Great hotel in a lovely setting. Lots to do if you want it - or easy just to relax!

My stay was amazing overall. The resort is beautiful and the facilities and staff are great. The only things that could have been better was the food at the buffet (very underwhelmed, and the cocktail selection at the pool bars (I was really hoping for some frozen drink options with it being so hot).

Exceptionally clean throughout the entire property. Excellent staff all around. Food was great! As two young women travelling alone, we felt extremely safe both on and off the property.

A great hotel, with superb staff, in a very walkable distance from the heart of Maspalomas. The areas for improvement are room cleaning, which is not thorough enough and significant parts of the hotel are looking tired, including the rooms.

Our stay was pretty bad, we already got issues from day 1. Some Staff at the restaurant were very rude & didn’t know their own policy & were giving us different directions. When we asked about something they would shrugged & said “I don’t know”! One day we had to leave the gym because you can’t be more than 6. But we had booked via the reception & when we arrived there were only 2 other in the gym. The gym staff who was missing from her post for over an hour wouldn’t listen to us when she came back & threw us out! The hotel is run like a circus the staff have no idea & were working in different ways. When making a complain they promised to follow up & sort it out but then the next day it was forgotten. This is absolutely NOT a five star hotel. The rooms are very average & boring! The service is overall very poor. We even saw a cockroach once in the buffet. They keep the food under heat lamps & it makes it very dry. Breakfast was not so good either, not many choices & the eggs were not tasty! It’s also very loud & we kept waking up by the cleaners. We said we would order cleaning one hour before but they kept knocking on our door & there were no disturb sign anywhere in the room. We’ve been staying in few 5 star hotels nearby & the service & standard is totally different. This is the first & last time at the H10. Please don’t stay here, it will ruin your vacation!

Unfortunately much of the hotel was shut down. The website advertised it’s great services, and we still paid full rate for all inclusive, however it basically offered a 3 star hotel service: - no restaurants were open, only the same buffet - the infinity pool was closed - gym closed - spa closed - sea view room could not have been further from the sea, not your normal sea room view - no minibar - room service at times when guests wouldn’t want it
