Basic clean hotel. Had accessible room for wheelchair user but not very good. Very tight access into bathroom. Disappointed with breakfast offerings. Hotel was pretty full and by 9am lots of breakfast items not replaced. Also ice machine out of order ( was the same two weeks earlier). Not very good in the hot weather.

Great for a night's stop after a long drive. Breakfasr included was great!

Reception staff, Xenie, was so keen to find interconnecting rooms for our family. Also offered earlier breakfast so that we could manage to quickly eat to catch our flight.

Lovely reception staff. Big clean room and bathroom. Tea and coffee in room Simple but perfectly adequate breakfast. Easy to find plenty of parking

Good place to stop if you want to be close to Bilbao for ferry but not in the middle of a busy city. Plenty of parking. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

Stopped on our way north, lovely hotel, great place accross the road to get food after a long day of driving, very clean hotel.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel, and we loved it as much as the 1st time. We stay overnight on our way home from southern spain, and it is just off the motorway, so not out of our way. Theres plenty of parking, and as i use a mobility scooter now, theres disabled parking and ramps to help to get yourself inside. The reception area is large, and this time we were met by Jane who was very efficient, and politeful and helpful. We were given the same room as before, which is a great help as it is the first room from the dining area. The rooms are large, clean, modern and most of all, comfortable! Breakfast is buffet style, although you can order a hot breakdast if you wish, but with the very large choice we didnt. Theres fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, toasts, breads, and an array of different jams, and also fresh cheeses and cold meats. Hot drinks are also available here too. Im usually not a buffet fan, but i love breakfast here, as everything is so fresh, in fact, i can not say anything against it! Thankyou once again for a great stay, and see you next year!

Checked in and was given a room with two twin beds. We booked a room with a double bed. I called down and was told by the front desk agent that she would fix it. Less than a few minutes later we went downstairs and she said there were no more double rooms...? I asked how that could be and she said she was all sold out. My boyfriend stepped in to help and then miraculously they found a double bed room to put us in. The lady at the counter was a liar.

Lovely clean hotel, very modern, staff very friendly, all requests accommodated, big spacious room. Would’ve liked to have stayed more than one night.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. No AC in room when required, got given a noisy fan instead. Their spring was like a UK summer so to hot in the room. Windows that only part open even though room temperature was to hot and air was needed. Once window was opened partially you have the noise from the kids running around outside as well as the smokers talking and the smell of smoke from outside the reception entrance. Get a room at the back. Room lighting atrocious. Fixtures are cheap and either falling apart or not fitted properly. Room Door looked like it had been kicked in. Originally booked 2 nights but cancelled 2nd night, so glad I did. Parking great. Staff are great and try to help as best they can but still no AC. I won’t be returning.
