Checked in to find our room in state that I wouldn’t leave an animal in. Blood on the bed, food everywhere, dirty wet towels and bedding. The bathroom was filthy and this wasn’t from one night stay. Air con not attached to wall safely and leaking massively when on. No partial refund or another room offered. The cleaner was lovely and did her best but otherwise we got nothing

Very good b&b, not so much for breakfast but for us it was important to be near the beach, its only 10mins walk to the beach, just around the old town. Mercadona also near the hostal, we liked our stay!

Found the hostel. Told to go elsewhere to check in. Couldn’t get in there. Spoke to a very rude receptionist had to find other accommodation I’m requesting a full or part refund

Bad experience on our stay (couple with 1 child). Uncomfortable beds and dirty receipt area and corridors. Room without access to sunlight and with lack of light near to maintenance area (very hot and noisy). Zero staff available on the hostel and check-in to be done on another hotel 300m far from the address. No towels available and to change you should go to the hotel and bring them yourself. No one to discuss with on the hostel and only one guy available on the other location. Elevator was off for few days and no communication or attention to customers. Supposed to have continental breakfast, but at the ends few toast, milk on carton box and butter available on the receipt area (very dirty) with no one to serve and quantity limited. This was everything except respectful “continental breakfast”. I don’t recommend at all, no service no communication no good rooms no comfort. Our stay was a total disaster, we regret our booking there.

Lovely friendly staff very clean

on arrive dans la chambre, pas nettoyé des énormes cafard, pas de responsable à l’accueil, on est obligé d’aller à 300 m plus loin négocier pour avoir une chambre propre. Enfin bref je déconseille ça ne vaut même pas son prix.

Agua fria nunca hubo caliente..argumentando averia..sin sabanas bajeras... llenas de pelos sin shampoo ni gel ni papel higiénico...reclamación al consumidor..increiblemente mal...el resto de clientes pritestando por el desayuno....a las 9.30 no habia de nada..todo eran protestas

petit déjeuner insignifiant 1 serviette de bain pour 2 sale rasoir dans la douche qui était la part un ancien résident une grosse araignée dans la chambre

Très bien situé, à cinq minutes à pied du bord de plage. Chambre très sale ,une seule serviette pour deux, mûr sans aucune insonorisation. A éviter

À part l'emplacement tout est horrible dans cet hotel. Odeur insupportable et saleté.

Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de la playas y tiendas. La verdad muy bien ubicado
