Very friendly staff. All of them went above and beyond to make our staying comfortable. They even provided us free towels for the beach. Pool and restaurant highly recommended as the wines, the breakfast and dinner was very tasty and good priced.

Great location but unfortunately very noisy due to proximity of the main road. Very reasonably priced but rooms lacked a few small touches that could have made the experience a little better. Food was great, free parking a real bonus.

One night stopové from Portugal back home to Quick check-in even though a party of students were being checked in before us . room was modern for an old building recently updated.breakfast was served at the restaurant which is open to the public, just choose from the menu.parking can be difficult availability about 200 yards away which is free.otherwise excellent stay .

I booked a room night late at night because my previous plans didn’t work out. Great that there is a 24 hour front desk! The staff clearly care about hospitality and are very kind. The bed was exceptionally comfortable—I was actually surprised how much and I had a great sleep. I was there on a Saturday, but the hotel is just far enough outside the noisy areas to be quiet. But, also a short walk to the noise when you want to be in it! Definitely recommend.

This is our second visit to La Ermita.We stayed for seven nights. It is in a great location for exploring Nerja. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had breakfast every day which there was a great choice on the menu, also had dinner which was very good. Good value. We spent some time at the pool each day which was lovely. Room was clean and modern. Will be back.

The hotel is a very good hostel, the staff is fryand helpful. The room is not very big but sufficient for us 2 adults and with 2 big suitcases, they have a lift makes us easy for the big suitcases. The swimming pool on site is very relaxing and is with a bar. The location very good, just 10 minutes walk to the Balcón of Europa, and there are many good restaurants. There is a on site cafe offering good food with good price, we specially enjoy the breakfast there and they start service early which is really good. I recommended it , it is good value.

This a hidden gem the rooms are somewhat basic but clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is fantastic and so much value for your money. The pool area is very tranquil with a great pool.

excellent location, close to centre/balcon de Europa and huge open waste ground/parking lot behind the hotel makes for easy parking. Generally very difficult to park in centre, the waste ground is attended by a small group and it is always busy. Room itself was good size, blackout curtains and aircon were great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only downside was the bathroom/shower. The attachment would not hold shower head up at all so had to shower holding the head in one hand (makes it very awkward to wash hair) and the temperature was not great. First day, took over 5 mins to warm up (was about to give up and have ice cold shower). Second day, fluctuated between scalding hot and ice cold without touching the dial, there seemed to be no inbetween and changed without warning. Reported to frontdesk on way out, if not for shower then would have got full marks all round. Cleaning lady also wasn't very quiet and woke us up both mornings (Saturday and sunday) at 8am banging the door at the end of the corridor by our room where the supplies were....
