Over all are excellent. We stay 3 nights here. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, special thanks Syukran he is so nice, give us very good informations we need to have a good time in Singapore. Many thanks to Benny, Ygesh, Katie as well as they were very kind and made our stay so much better. Thanks for housekeeping Lee Lee. Definitely will come back next time. From Canada Sin Chan

The location was perfect. Access was easy and I appreciate the security arrangements. The room was comfortable. The bathoom had a small shower-only stall. The staff was helpful. We used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and was delivered same day as promised. We also had breakfast twice which was very well priced and had a good variety of fresh food. Would recommend stay again. Elevator was available but was small (old building retrofit - totally understandable) so best for customers going up or dealing with luggage. We had a nice view of the street, which was quiet.
