Great location, very helpful staff. Upgraded to suite during our stay, it was well worth the extra cost.

Just a unique relaxing facility in the country

All about the hotel was perfect, I would say to give more maintenence to the pool area. I enjoyed my stay.

Lovely hotel in the old town area. Spacious room with perfect decor in the room and throughout the hotel. Well maintained. Friendly staff, park outside to unload then the public car park a few mins walk which is free. Would stay again and recommend.

The only thing we would like to suggest is to find some cold water in the fridge. It was the very first place ever not being provided at least a „welcome water“ at 35 degree.

This was a very nice respite from the crowds in the bigger cities. I we were greeted by a very nice lady, who appeared to be in charge of the whole thing, very nice, very helpful, very friendly. The hotel is quirky as a very old building can be, and was really beautiful. our room overlooking the rooftops of the village was very comfortable and quiet. Everything about our stay, was perfect, including having an excellent restaurant just a few blocks away.

Nos quedamos en hotel para nuestra noche de bodas. El staff fue genial y nos permitieron entrar a la habitación antes de la hora para poder preparar todo ya que nos íbamos hacer una sesión de fotos en la habitación. Todo muy limpio y bonito.

Gorgeous individual hotel with great character. Room was snall but had everything you needed. Pool small and cold with limited seating when it was busuer in the evening. Staff were happy to help and walk to main plaza was 5 minutes away.

We were very impressed by this hotel. Our room was small, but well-appointed (loved the olive-based toiletries). Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We DO want to return. Baeza is a lovely little town and this hotel is a gem.

This is a typical older EU hotel that has been redone. Rooms are smallish but comfortable and clean. Nice pool area for relaxing. The town center is two blocks away and is great for tapas or dinner.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Las instalaciones son preciosas y la decoración muy cuidada. Disponen de zonas y salones comunes muy confortables de los que nos permitieron seguir disfrutando unas horas sin problema hasta que llegara nuestro taxi. Por cierto gracias a la persona de recepción que nos consiguió un taxi, porque no estaba siendo nada fácil reservar uno por nuestra cuenta que nos llevara a la estación de tren. La zona exterior de piscina es preciosa y aunque no estaba permitido el baño por estar fuera de temporada, se puede disfrutar de una apacible velada en el exterior. La habitación nos pareció un poco pequeña (para una persona ideal) y no muy cómoda en cuanto a la distribución y los muebles: un armario un tanto pequeño y sin mucho lugar para dejar apoyadas dos maletas. La estructura del canapé de la cama era de madera con las patas muy pronunciadas hacia afuera lo que hacia que nos golpeáramos a menudo en los pies y espinillas cuando no caíamos en la cuenta. El colchón comodísimo y la cama de matrimonio muy amplia, la verdad. El lugar es muy tranquilo y nos concedieron una habitación en pisos altos como pedimos. Lo único que para ser un cuatro estrellas el tamaño de la habitación quizá justito.

Estancia fenomenal: amabilidad y atención exquisita en la recepción y la estancia. Instalaciones inmejorables.

Hotel muy bien situado. No tiene aparcamiento, salvo para hacer el check inn y dejar maletas, pero dispone de un aparcamiento municipal de pago cubierto a un precio razonable (10€ día). Cama grande y cómoda. En el baño se echa de menos un bidé. El desayuno es correcto para un español (si desayunas huevos, bacon y todo eso , no lo hay).

Estuvimos muy a gusto, muy céntrico y las chicas de recepción muy majas.
