Staff was courteous and place was very clean. There’s a river running behind it and view is nice. I felt like I got the best room in Hostal. I had a great nights sleep!

The hotel was a great value. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its a short walk to the Templar castle. And the hotel is right on the Camino De Santiago.

Not my favorite hotel. There was no place to sit in my room except on the bed. There was no air conditioning and my room was very hot. And there was no elevator to my floor

I would have appreciated bottled water in the room. There was a vending machine in the lobby and they couldn’t make change and it was Sunday and nothing was open at 7 pm. For the price of the room, I would expect having bottled water in the room.

Super thin walls. The hotel decided to give the connecting room to a group of teenagers who smoked marijuana and played loud music until 3 in the morning. Because both rooms shared a door; We could hear and smell everything. The hotel staff leaves at 11pm so we had to call the general office 3 times and almost beg for someone to come and take care of the situation. The noise did not stop until after 3 in the morning. The hotel team was completely unapologetic and did not apologize or acknowledge the situation they put us through by giving a connecting room to strangers. In addition to this incident; The hotel is quite old and run down. Good for a short stay, but wouldn't recommend for more than 2 nights.

Very basic hotel. The room was not exactly as on the pictures. The bathroom was antic. The breakfast was poor. The staff of the hotel is not very friendly and helpful, but the guy from the reception of the hostel part is great,very friendly and helpful person. I am with the feeling that the hostel part is better option if you want to book.

Modern loft vibe in a vibrant downtown area. Simple furnishings, good bed and shower. Check in was very slow but maybe the clerk was new. The breakfast buffet was adequate and well priced. I’d stay there again

Awful room. Very uncomfortable bed. Barely slept due constant traffic noise. Everything was bare basics eg no extra blankets pillows etc. Didn't have a restaurant. Massively over-priced for what it offered

The hotel was in a good locatiom and the staff were friendly. However, the room was bad. Paint and tiles were peeling and the toilet never stopped flushing especially during the night. There was dust on everything and the water came out brown and at times wasn't hot. They said silence after 11pm. I came after that and was quiet but others didn't so it was so loud with someone also playing a show loudly. It was an uncomfortable experience and I won't stay there again. If it wasn't for 2 of my top being fully booked, I wouldn't have stayed there.
