Hotel Alda Ciudad de Soria

Check in was excellent. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Room was good but the bathroom was a weird design. Breakfast was ok. Service was good and very friendly. Hotel was well situated. Plenty of parking behind but you have to navigate some one way streets. You can walk into town in about 15 minutes downhill. 20 minutes back up.

Very uncomfortable beds

We found what we were looking for. A safe ,quiet overnight stop. secure parking was good at 6 euros per night across the road fro hotel.

Buena experiencia. Aunque parezca que el hotel está alejado, está únicamente a 10mins andando del centro, perfecto para un viaje de fin de semana.

Nice hotel not too far from the center. Small room with a double bed. Easy to park the car on the street behind the hotel for free.

The hotel needs upgrading. It is far away from everything, it is old, small and too expensive for the service. The breakfast was poor as well.

Disappointed to find no parking and no meals available in the evening and all restaurants were some distance away.

Having never been to Soria before I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. Whilst it is quite understated, the high standards of the room facilities and the excellent buffet breakfast make this a perfect choice if you're in this part of Spain eith for business or pleasure

Booked Ciudad de Soria first for my daughter arriving by bus at 10pm in Soria last September. Main reason at the time was to get something close to the bus station at that time of night. Ciudad de Soria was the perfect choice for that. When visiting her later in the year, she recommended the hotel to us. The convenience to the bus station is a definite selling point. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was functional and clean. Possibly somewhat small. Bed consisted of two single beds moved together. Would have preferred a double bed. Bathroom was large, modern and spotless. We found the room too hot at night and had problems turning down the thermostat. Location of Hotel is 1 - 2 minutes walk from bus station and approx. 10 - 15 minutes walk from city centre. For part of the walk to the city centre you can walk through a beautiful park, but the area surrounding the hotel is not very scenic. There is a lovely little green area with benches behind the hotel and a nice outside seating area beside the hotel. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, catering for a variety of tastes. Staff very attentive. I cannot comment on dinner as we did not have dinner at the hotel. Overall the hotel was good value for money. I would stay there again and would recommend it for convenience and cleanliness and overall cordiality of the staff.

No habia servicio de comidas como en años anteriores,solo desayunos ni las mesas y sillas en. el exterior

La cama un poco dura.

Hotel bien, pero habría que hacer algunas pequeñas reparaciones en las habitaciones, con obras en la fachada actualmente. Los colchones algo blandos. El personal eficiente y agradable.

Hotel cómodo, muy cerca del centro, con una calefacción excelente que eso es muy importante en Soria, limpio y con muy buena relación calidad precio

Reserve una habitacion doble de uso individual (20 m2) y al llegar al hotel me dicen que a ellos les ha llegado la reerva de una habitacion individual. Me contaron que eran iguales las dobles que las individuales (!!!), y que ademas el hotelestaba lleno asi que no habia mas opciones. La habitacion, aunque con cama doble, tenia efectivamente tamaño de individual (unos 11m2), es decir, no se correspondia con lo que reserve y pague. La opcion de hab. individual era mas barata. Suspenso para Hotels.com y para el hotel. A ver si habilitan un tfno para el cliente para casos como este. Ademas pedi factura al hotel y me dijeron que eso tendria que pedirlo a Hotels.com, que solo da un recibo, que no es igual a una factura.

Es un lugar tranquilo, puedes ir caminando al centro, hay restaurante dentro y fuera cerca. Mercadona a unos pasos

Hotel básico y sencillo.

Muy sencillo pero totalmente correcto para una corta estancia. No hay personal en el hotel, el check in se realiza de forma telemática.
