The food was very pricey for the hotel. The bed was very comfy. The staff were kind when I saw them but there didn’t seem to be many people working. The pool was great, but had big clumps of hair in the bottom. Overall a wonderful experience.

The room was ok, clean & nice view.
I arrived the first day the hotel opened so they still have a bit to do but the staff are welcoming & helpful with anything i asked for.
The rooms are quite basic no tea/coffee or water provided.
There is still work going on in the hotel in preparation for the season ahead it was a bit noisy in the corridor with men working.
The hotel is far from polished but they are working in the right direction, I think they will need more staff once the season gets busier.

Kylskåpet trasigt och AC blåste inte kallt. Påpekade detta i receptionen och de skulle fixa men…. Frukosten var superbra och personalen i recep trevlig. Rummet i övrigt mkt bra.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Tolles Freizeitangebot mit Tischtennis, Gym, Pool, Spiele. Herausragendes Frühstück. Einziger negativer Punkt: Dünne Wände, sehr hellhörig.

Die Leute waren super nett im Hotel, die Lage auch gut zu Fuß. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und der Pool mit den ausreichenden Liegeflächen perfekt . Allerdings sollte man kein Zimmer zur Straße nehmen, weil er ständig Autos fahren und es nachts laut ist.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’hôtel est plutôt bien placer, il est possible d’aller à Porto Cristo directement à pied et les grottes du Darch sont juste en fasse. Il y a également une épicerie à coté pratique pour les achats de dépannage.
Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel était bien, malheureusement en demi pension l’eau potable est payante, même lors des repas. Au petit déjeuner elle est disponible mais elle a un fort goût de javel.
Le ménage est plutôt bien, même si le ménage du sol n’était pas toujours fait.
La piscine et l’espace extérieur est très agréable et très calme.

Eine einfach außergewöhnliche Lage und eine unglaublich nettes Personal.
Im Superior Zimmer war die Minibar inklusive.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Haltestelle des Mini-Zugs und unweit der Bushaltestelle.
Darüberhinaus sind die Cuevas del Drach, zu Fuß sofort erreichbar.
Das Frühstückbuffet hatte eine großes Auswahl und es wurden zusätzlich tolle Veranstaltungen, wie Barbecue mit einer super Sängerin aus Südafrika angeboten.
Der Hafen ist Atemberaubend und 13 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Minuten mit Bus erreichbar.
Dort findet man noch weitere Möglichkeiten, die den entspannten Urlaub versüßen.
Die Location ist für jeden geeignet, der/die sich wirklich ohne Partymeile ausruhen wollen.
Beide Pools sind toll.

Das Hotel an sich war top. Die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Leider war der Pool zu dem Zeitpunkt „defekt“ und ein ganz kleiner Minuspunkt war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. (Es gab nur 3 Stufen). Was für uns etwas zu schwach war. Beim Frühstück gab’s viel Auswahl (für jeden was dabei) & frisch. Jeden Tag gab’s bisschen Abwechslung beim Frühstücksbüffet. Es gab livecooking mit Pancakes & Eiervariationen nach Wahl. Ansonsten ein super Hotel welches ich immer wieder weiterempfehlen werde. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch.

Dieses Hotel war wirklich eine Überraschung. Beim einchecken wurde uns ein Glas Cava zur Begrüßung angeboten.Das Zimmer war mit Balkon, die Größe absolut ausreichend. Es war hell und alles sauber. Es gab Wasser in der Minibar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell. In meinem Leben habe ich ein solch abwechslungsreiches und reichhaltiges Frühstück nicht gesehen. Der Pool mit der Bar ist sehr ansprechend. die Lobby ist mit wunderschönen Lounge Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Personal war allesamt sehr nett. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.
