The resort was amazing in almost all aspects, and the staff (including the chefs) were all super friendly and welcoming. The pool wasn’t loaded to the brim with chlorine, and the atmosphere was really nice. However, there should be a lifeguard on the pool to minimise injury (it was really strange there wasn’t one on deck.) Overall, it was a 9.4/10. Will go again.

Nice enough hotel for the price. Not bad tbh. Some of the staff were a bit rude but most of them were pleasant. The area is horrific though…gangs of drunk Germans falling out of the nearby beer Kellers. Loads of police too. Really really not good! Very expensive for such an awful area!

The property is easy to access from the airport and you can taxi to Palma but this was too close to a noise strip with clubs and open air beer bars. Whilst the property is classy the area around is not. It can be rowdy in the evening outside the property and we had a room with a balcony onto the busy strip. Breakfast is good but diner is limited with a lot of starchy food and not so much Spanish food. Activities were advertised on a digital board which ran too quick to read properly and does not appear in the rooms. But the roof bar is lovely and so is the area around the pool. If it was not for the area around the property we would come back.

Breakfast food good. Pool, Sunbeds and bar good. Pool floor needs to be cleaned more regularly. Lifts also need to be re programmed would constantly ignore us despite having called the lift, or it would break when you click to call it so get stuck waiting for sometimes around 20 mins.

Beautiful hotel, but disappointing room experience and location The hotel itself is stunning — beautiful design, well-maintained amenities, and a great atmosphere around the pool. We especially enjoyed the hotel dining and the overall aesthetic. Unfortunately, our room had visible mold when we arrived. When we asked for an upgrade, we were instead moved to essentially the same room on a lower floor, which felt more like a downgrade. Coming from the U.S., where hospitality standards are very focused on client satisfaction in situations like this, I was surprised by the lack of accommodation. The surrounding area was also a letdown — lots of drunk tourists, trash in the streets, and an overall “party” vibe that didn’t match the elegance of the hotel itself. If you’re booking here, I’d recommend being prepared for the neighborhood and double-checking your room quality on arrival.

Tout était super , le personnel de l’hôtel est son vrai atout. Un grand merci à Madame Paqui de la réception qui a été au top. Emplacement atypique proche du fameux Bierkonig bar mais vraiment ambiance sympa , nous avons trouvé ça très drôle avec ma fille de 11ans donc rien à craindre et une fois à l’hôtel on est vraiment au calme. Rooftop très sympa, buffet varié… vraiment top de manière générale.

Booked for 2 adults and 3 children. Definitely not a family hotel even though they claim to cater to children. Asked from time of booking for interconnecting room but emails ignored and then on site acted as though they were too busy but I checked online and could book. No real warmth to the staff generally but not all. Nothing really for the kids to do. Rooftop hot tub not hot at all but staff up there were brilliant. No late check out available and shower they offer at the end of stay to use before flight is soaking wet and not clean. Bathroom shower leaked in both our rooms. No room move offered. Not for families at all.

Bokade sent och kunde inte förvänta mig det bästa priset, men även om jag räknar av det tog hotellet rejält betalt. Därav hade jag vissa förväntningar som dock inte infriades. Vi inkvarterades på våning 1 (rum 123). Rummet som sådant var oklanderligt (väldigt fint och mycket bekväma sängar) men vilken tråkig upplevelse när man gick ut på uteplatsen. Ingen utsikt alls. Istället tittar man på ett fult staket på en inhägnad yta med betonggolv. På golvet låg en ansenlig mängd cigarettfimpar från tidigare gäster som virvlade runt med vinden. Det hela toppades av ett permanent oljud från en stor ventilationsanläggning. Sammanfattningsvis hade vi ingen nytta av uteplatsen och att inte kunna sitta ute när nätterna är så fina och varma sänkte helhetsupplevelsen rejält. Det borde också upplysas om att hotellet ligger mycket nära ”Ballermann”, ett ökänt område med ohämmat festande. Nej, vi återvänder nog inte till just det här hotellet och området.

Stayed for 5 days at Hotel Aubamar Bali and nothing could be faulted. The facilities at the hotel are perfect, with plenty of sunbeds by the pool areas. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a variety of different foods to cater to individual needs. While the surrounding area of this hotel is loud, this could not be heard from the hotel and it felt very private and secluded. Taxis were 15 minutes into palma which was perfect. Overall an amazing stay and I couldn’t recommend more, thank you so much!

The hotel itself is very nice, modern and clean. Lovely pool and premium loungers. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and some of the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaner did a great job every day. Some negatives: taxi drivers did not seem to know where the entrance to the hotel is. We were dropped at 1AM on the side street and spent 10 minutes walking up and down with the suitcases trying to find the way in! The location is right next to a party area, so even at that time we found someone who pointed us in the right direction. The hotel allows guests to smoke in the balcony, and it doesn’t discriminate areas between smokers and non smokers. For three days we had to inhale next door’s horrible smoke and smell. They also had a nasty smokers’ cough and never seemed to leave the room! It totally ruined the experience for me, especially as I was travelling with my children and felt I could not protect them from second hand smoke and we did not get to enjoy any fresh air in the room. I mentioned it at reception on our way to breakfast the first morning but nothing was done about it. The dinner buffet was much more mediocre than the breakfast, but about fair for the little extra money we paid to get half board. Overall pleasant enough, but just on the basis of the smoking rules I wouldn’t visit again.

Good and quality hotel… and newly renovated. Friendly staff. Good pools, They are like 5. Amazing breakfast and dinner buffet. The only thing is there is no signs to show you where things are but overall a great hotel. Will stay there again.
