The hotel Carlos I is a very good hotel at the top of Benidorm. The room we got was great as it had a huge balcony attached, which allowed us to sit and enjoy the weather into the evening. We were delighted to find an adults only pool on the roof as well and all areas were clean. In terms of dining, the dinner was ok but was far exceeded by the breakfast which was excellent. Muchas gracias to all the staff.

Myself and two friends stayed at the hotel Carlos l for two nights.The hotel is modern clean friendly and excellent value for money,the restaurant is nice with a good selection of meals for a relatively small hotel. Hotel is in a fairly nice location for our needs being 10minutes walk from Old Town but you need a Taxi to reach the main resort. Overhaul Excellent for our needs

Overall the stay was worth the amount paid. My new husband and I stayed Full Board. I was very happy with the food but he doesn't eat pork and there was quite a lot of variation in pork/ham dishes. He did enjoy the food he could eat though. Breakfast was a bit stressful as the busy dining area wasn't made any easier as facilities such as coffee/tea machines and cutlery were spread out all over the place and you were constantly dodging people with hot cups etc. Rooms were clean and maids very pleasant as well as helpful staff. Not much on the entertainment front but we were happy to go into town. A great place to stay if you find your activities out and about.

Limpieza de las habitaciones nula 5 dias de estancia y solo cambio de toallas ,no han pasado la escoba ni fregado el suelo ningun dia con el tema covid la verdad decepcionante y denunciable dadas las circunstancias en las que vivimos, el gimnasio no hay opcion de reservar hora solo hacer cola para coger la llave y si la persona que esta dentro se tira toda la tarde pues a esperar para ser un servicio que pagas decepcionante,. Uno de los dias nos encontremos una cucaracha en el pasillo muerta o sea que es lo que hay. El servicio comedor comida repetida continuamente te presenta un menu bastante atractivo a la entrada del comedor y luego chasco nada que ver no lo recomiendo. La habitación con olor a cloaca de uno de lo baños . En definitiva no lo recomiendo. El parking 16 e diarios un robo no se puede aparcar fuera todo zona azul.

Hotel bien ubicado, a 10 minutos andando a la playa, y a 20 del centro histórico. Habitaciones confortables y buffet correcto. A destacar la amabilidad de sus empleados, y como punto a mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones. Se echa en falta una limpieza más profunda entre un huésped y otro.

En general ha estado muy bien exceptuando la limpieza que ha sido muy mala, el personal del comedor muy agradable y trabajador para aguantar a tanta gente. El personal de limpieza debería de tomar nota de ellos. Las instalaciones perfectas y la animación y cafetería muy buena. En general notable alto si no fuera por la limpieza sería un 10
