Great room great staff the only complaint is the noise from the music both in the hotel and from the bar across the road

Infinity pool overlooking the ocean is great. Nice relaxing atmosphere Staff friendly and helpful. Food and drinks average for an all inclusive. Entertainment not great.

Great sea view and hotel is bike friendly

The restaurant lets the hotel down. The only time the food was hot was straight off the grill. Even food coming straight from the kitchen was tepid.

The property was very clean the breakfast was lovely and the staff brilliant.

My second year at this hotel. Solo traveller and absolutely had an amazing time again. Will be booking to go back again.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff , all needs were tended too, the hotel is in a great location I would suggest a sea view room, the drinks package could be better, for a 4 star the cocktails were mixers and the overall standard of local drinks was very weak

It was ok as long as you liked repetitive tasteless food, rude staff in the restaurant- beware if you have a vest top on (men) although women can wear anything!! Or actually hardly anything. !!! The sunbed army, saving beds all day until they want to use it from 3pm. Rude lifeguard too who doesn’t do anything to stop them.

Our stay was very good. The location was excellent. The staff,the service and cleanliness was excellent.The food was varied and catered for all tastes and requirements and was very good. Our only criticism would be when accessing the dining room,the pool bar and entertainment area we were required to be open to the elements (wind/rain} due to no roof or sheltered top in the central area. Great in the warmer months but uncomfortable at other times.This prevented us sitting in the lounge area due to cold wind prevailing. Nevertheless we had a good time.

Lovely spacious hotel and room, had a sea view but balcony had solid wall not a glass one as many others did. Had we been staying for longer than 2 nights I would have requested to change room. Food was average, but plenty of choice and good service. There was no option for early breakfast which would have been good on last day.

Hotel was located in the right location rooms were lovely and cleaned every day sunbeds were very uncomfortable to line on and they needed cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful entertainment was very average

This hotel was spotless in all areas. Very quiet for a relaxed, chill out adult only holiday. There was a hen party there at one point who were quite noisy, but there are 3 different pool areas so you could always escape the noise.I would imagine you would have to get up very early in high season to get a sunbed though, they were mostly all taken by 8 am. I enjoyed the food and thought the choices available were perfectly adequate. Evening entertainment was a bit dire and could do with improvement. Staff worked hard and were pleasant, maybe 2 serving behind the bar in the evening would be an improvement as there was often a queue. I enjoyed my holiday and would return if I ever come back to this resort.

Great reception service, always very helpful. Everyday the room was nicely cleaned. Amazing location

The room was excellent, spacious and clean. The staff were pleasant and cheerful. The exception being the hotel manager. The food was repetitive and if you didn't like fish not many other options. The cocktails included in all inclusive were out of a machine and undrinkable, but the sangria was nice (as it was made fresh!). Getting back to the manager, the cleaning staff had accidentally sprayed bleach on my jacket, when I brought this to the attention of the receptionist the manager was not available and when he finally did show up (36hrs later) he didn't bother to see us, offered no apology, said the hotel insurance would deal with it and washed his hands of the situation. This left a bitter feeling for the remainder of the holiday. We will not be staying here again and this was the end of all inclusive packages for us as they're really not worth it.

Nice enough place but it’s not a 4 star, it’s more like a 3 star - breakfast options are ok but the food options for dinner need improvement. Ideal for older couples in my opinion. Some of the staff don’t speak the best English, they are friendly enough but some conversations were a bit of a struggle. If you’re a bit uneasy on your feet and you’re using the lifts, make sure you hold on tight for that final jolt before you get out! Good luck getting a sunbed at the infinity pool, unless you’re up at the crack of dawn you’ve got no chance. Don’t move the sunbeds around the main pool either, one of the lifeguard’s on duty doesn’t like it. The hot tubs on the roof are very nice. When I checked out, I wasn’t asked how my stay was but I was asked if I’d took anything out of the mini bar in my room. The cleaning staff clearly do a great job as the place is clean but a bit run down in some areas. Overall it was ok, 3 star, at most.

The food is terrible. The noise from entertainment hall won’t let you sleep until 11PM each night. No control over those crazy mugs, each morning occupying better places by the pool and then disappearing until midday. Don’t be fooled by the pictures - interior and all facilities are dull and warned down. Just avoid this establishment.

Awesome venue, two swimming pools with enough shade to really enjoy both, sunrise and sunset. The check in was flawless, to the point, no delays, perfect. Yes, this is an adult only hotel... no childish behavior, no noise, no tantrums, what a relief! Parking was a bit challenging, but is not really an issue - there is plenty of parking space on the nearby streets. Definitely< I will stay again here.

On entering the hotel, reception smells lovely. We had asked for an early check-in knowing we would arrive before 3 pm, sea view, quiet room, high floor and rooms next to each other. I'm very happy to say that almost all of our requests were met, one room being ready for us to check into immediately, with the other being ready by 2 pm. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern with a fantastic bathroom/shower. All the staff were very friendly, the food was decent with a lovely calm restaurant (the bonus to it being an adults only hotel) and drinks flowed all day long (we were all inclusive). If you are up early enough, you will easily get a sunbed, but as with a lot of hotels, towels are out with beds not being occupied for hours which is frustrating. We were only at the hotel for 3 nights, which certainly wasn't long enough and we would've been more than happy to stay longer. Definitely this is a hotel we would return to. Nice touch with the bathrobes and slippers and Bucks Fizz at breakfast. Ereza Mar, we hope to be back at some time in the future and thank you for a great little break.

Damp suffocating tiny room with a faulty AC!

Lovely hotel , situated 5 mins walk from beach . Very helpful staff at reception , room a decent size and nicely furnished .Very good breakfast included in prce . Would definitely stay here again if return to this resort .
