Very good service and cheerful receptionist. Room was clean and tidy and ensuite was excellent. Parking was excellent underground. The hotel is situated next to a park with a chemist across the road and a Mercadona nearby.

Hotel is in a very quiet area with very less people around. We stayed only for the night and left early in the morning. Good hotel for a stop but better options are available near Zaragoza - this is like 20 minutes drive from there

Great Hotel but rooms are small. No microwave in rooms or lobby. No coffee in rooms or lobby. Staff and cleaning ladies were great. Only encounter a problem with a phone call from a spanish friend and they wouldn't to my room and he new my room number and name. If it's a privacy act then why have a phone in room. Also no computer services to use. They have room for a couple with printers. Utebos a nice town and has great people and train service to Zaragoza. We will be back.

We had a brief stopover at this nice hotel. Excellent service at check in and good service in the restaurant. We were upgraded to a suite which was large, very clean but a bit soulless. Sadly, the bed, although large, was so hard it was like sleeping on a bench.

Was quite surprised by hotel. We were expecting a hotel in a much more rural setting but this wasnt a problem. The hotel was extremely convenient for the motorway and we were traving from the Santander ferry to the Costa Brava and needed an overnight stop. The hotel was modern , very clean and we had a very pleasant room. The staff were friendly and spoke reasonable English. We had an evening meal, a set menu of 2 courses for 11.75 euros including a glass of wine, water and bread, this was very good and well presented. Breakfast was various prices but we paid 4 euros for orange juice , coffee, toast or croissants jam etc. If we do this journey again would definitely stay here

The Hotel was very nice inside and the staff were very helpful. The downside to the hotel was that we arrived on an early Sunday afternoon and there is no bar or restaurant open on a Sunday. This was most annoying as we had drove a long way and could not even get a coffee. Nice Hotel great staff just needs to have a Sunday service for guests.

We've stayed here before several times en route to Santander or the Costa Blanca and we like the hotel very much. We stayed two days this visit with the intention of going to Zaragoza but it was too hot there - over 40 degrees forecast. However, we had lovely day walking (with wheelchair) round Utebo instead - it wasn't quite so hot there. Hotel meets our main requirements of parking and wheelchair accessibility and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable also.
