There were issues but believed staff worked substantially to address same.
1. Hotels.com issue. Although it is indicated that there is an Airport Transfer, no such transfer was ever available. A main reason why we had booked so disappointing to not have.
2. Room was nice but paid for a King Size Bed- the bed was not a King Size. Sheets were unclean but Reception addressed immediately.
3. Access to rooftop pool was limited because a wedding had been booked.
There are some great team members at this hotel (Rui) and overall, the location and amenities were great - when available.

Great location, Awesome rooftop bar. Beautiful Hotel with excellent staff that truly understand customer care! Only thing preventing “5 star”: Room Not ready upon 5 pm arrival. (Drink tickets provided) 😀. 1 of 2 Elevators not working our entire 5 night stay (11th floor prevented stairs)

Madrid’s majority of tourist attractions are within walking distance of this hotel. The hotel’s front desk staff is highly professional and friendly. Located on a side street off Gran Via, it’s convenient for calling a taxi or booking a ride-share car.
