Excellent breakfast, great location and very helpful staff. Wonderful view of the Alhambra from our room. A relatively easy walk to the train station (we are both 69 years old). Lots of good places to eat or have a drink and tapas.

Excellent location, close to local shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and very good breakfast. The bedroom was in good condition; however, the bed mattress was not comfortable, and pillows were too big.

We had a view of the Alhambra from the window of our large and comfortable room! The bed was comfortable and the shower good with a window for good ventilation. All the period tile and woodwork were beautiful and created great feel of the city. The corners and edges of stairs, walls, and shower were grubby. The breakfast was very good. The location is excellent. The desk staff were super helpful.

1. Parking in this area is difficult. You have to walk 5-10 minutes from a nearby garage. However, in defense of the hotel, the did direct us how and where to park and gave us a parking discount. 2. Our rooms were advertised as having a view of the Alhambra. That is not the case. The hotel is simply too far away. 3). The attendant at the front desk was excellent. He went out of his way to be nice and accommodating.

The location of this hotel is excellent in terms of where it sits relative to the sites and areas you want to visit - very walkable to everything from the hotel. The immediate area is packed with tapas places and tourist shops so it is fairly crowded most of the day and evening. However, noise within the hotel was not a problem and our room was very quiet. The hotel is not fancy, very basic, but clean with a helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was not extensive but had exactly what I expected and I had plenty of choices. We would stay here again.

The hotel had a great historic feel to it and our room was huge with a view of Alhambra. Staff were delightful and it was such a pleasant change from the disinterested staff in Barcelona. Some great restaurant suggestions. Continental breakfast was very convenient and pleasant. When you walk out the front door you step into a vibrant happy Granada. So many eateries in the surrounding streets, spoilt for choice. The place comes alive at 10pm but we heard no noise inside the hotel. Only hiccup was I asked for a view, so we were on the 5th floor. The quaint old lift only goes to 3! Two lovely staff carried our big suitcases up and down for us- how kind. Would definitely return for longer. (and stay on the third floor).

We had an amazing time and got the room with the view of the Alhambra. The breakfast was really good also. Very clean. Photo is the view from the room. Please know that room is on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor. So you will have to carry your luggage to that room if you book it. Also there is no laundry room. You’ll have to walk your laundry about a half of a mile away to do it.
