Hotel La Maga Rooms

It was great. Host was very helpful and the location is great with free parking nearby. Excellent coffee 24/7 and very comfortable and modern room!

Parking is 100m and uphill !! All steps! Owner nearly an hour late to meet at property. Opposite to what is says about meeting on arrival ! and about being open 11am to 9pm. Wifi for access code did not work. You have to have an APP to get room code. So ridiculous and complicated!! just to open a door!! You are expected to be on the internet all the time for their updates ! It is no good expecting mail to be read whilst you are en route? and especially after having arrived. Too obsessed with technology!! Room like a shoebox. Toilet in bed room. No privacy . Owner discovered to enter room when we are not in!! Check the cancellation policy as is misleading. No integrity. Room was clean but It is like sleeping in a garage. Concrete floor! No idea where pool is in the advertising ! Bare minimum services to get maximum money. How they get"exceptional" reviews is quite bizarre ? and makes you wonder if genuine.

There was nothing spectacular about this property, good or bad. However, it was clean and in a good neighborhood and it was a good value.

The property is clean, quiet, and cozy. The room was larger than I expected, and I thought it was really pretty and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Estela, at reception, was so kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would both gladly stay again and recommend this property to others. Es muy limpio, tranquilo, y acogedor. He estado muy a gusto allí con una habitación mas grande que esperaba. La habitación muy cómoda y bonita con colchón y almohadas cómodos también. Estela, de la recepción, es muy amable y me ayuda con varias cosas. Repetiré sin duda y cierto que recomiendo este alojamiento a otros.

The room design was beautifully modern and spacious. I felt at home and safe.

The hotel was excellent. It was difficult to find because the local rules do not allow good signs to be used. The easies way to find it is to follow signs to the fort on the hill behind the hotel ( they do allow signs for that) just before the winding road to the fort there is a place on the left to turn around. The back or the hotel is on your right as you are turning around. You can walk from there or find your way back with the first right turn and then the second street turn right again. Hope this helps. The hotel is worth it.

After reviewing the pictures again on Hotels.com after our stay, I would say that I felt pretty mislead. Our room didn't look like any of the images shown. It wasn't very clean and there wasn't a bathroom door in our room so it's very open. I wouldn't have felt comfortable taking a shower because of the cleanliness. I didn't feel too safe in the area either. We really liked the woman who owns this, I just don't feel like what I saw listed is really what we got.

Nous avons réservé dans cet établissement alors que nous privilégions d'habitude les hotels. A la lecture des commentaires, nous imaginions une pension tenue par une famille et nous réjouissions de l'accuel à l'arrivée. L'entrée dans les lieux s'est réalisée par téléphone (heureusement que mon épouse est bilingue). Il a fallu saisir sur une appli toutes nos informations d'identité contenue dans nos CNI / Passeport, les photographier et les télécharger avant d'obtenir un code pour ouvrir la porte de notre chambre...La chambre 001 en rez de chaussée ne dispose que d'une grande fenêtre (occultée par un volet fermé 24/24 sinon vous assurez le spectacle dans la rue et une petite lucarne sur la salle de bain qui n'est pas séparée de la chambre (oubliez l'intimité des toilettes) Lorsque vous vous douchez, toute la partie salle de bains-toilettes est inondée car la pente en béton ciré a été mal réalisé. Le contenu de l'évacuation (cheveux, crasse) ressort et ajoute la touche de romantisme qui pouvait encore manquer. Le porte serviette qui sert également de portant pour le linge est évidemment rouillé à la base puisqu'il est constamment les pieds dans l'eau et la partie supérieure est poussiéreuse, donc n'accorchez pas vos servettes dessus, sinon elles seront noires..La ventilation s'effectue par la petite lucarne qui donne également sur la rue donc il faut choisir entre intimité ou ventilation. Bref l'expérience client n'est pas convaincante,

Era el único alojamiento en el que poder aparcar sin problemas y por eso optamos por él pero como hospedaje tiene muchas carencias.

El ambiente y situacion es una maravilla, genials y con mucho encanto

Todo correcto..pero falta desayuno

Fue entrada por código la recepción vacía, al día siguiente tuve que llamar para saber donde era el desayuno puesto que no nos habían informado y no tenían ni claro que habíamos cogido la habitación con desayuno. Muy impersonal… La zona tiene difícil aparcamiento y las escaleras de la habitación son un peligro sin barandilla. Habitación inmensa eso si, el baño abajo y la ducha arriba con lo que si por la noche tienes que ir al baño es un poco incómodo…

Tdo muy limpio,muy cómodo y 0 ruidos, lo unico malo el aparcamiento es muy incomodo que dcen que hay parcking gratuito y es una esplanada que caben 6 coches y aparcan los mismos vecinos
