Waiting at reception for five minutes in order to check in because the receptionist wasn’t anywhere to be found

We paid more for the superior double room but was not impressed. The evening meals were not availabe until 8.30pm far to late for british tourist. The food was basic and not upto scratch for the money.

Chose this hotel for a one night stay on the way to Santander as it was dog friendly and previous good reviews. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite, which was much appreciated. We ate in the bar which had a good choice of food and was very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great Hotel, stopped there many times midway journey route. Always clean, and staff always friendly.

The hotel was lovely and very clean, When I booked in the receptionist was so so nice with a lovely smile.

Very run down and dirty. Was afraid to leave the car with stuff in it because I was worried it would be broken into. The quote “You get what you pay for” does not apply here. Regardless of the price you’d expect things to at least be clean. No AC in the summer makes it tough and if you sleep with the windows open all you’ll hear is the sound of the motorway. Not a very pleasant stay at all.

Stopped here for an Overnight to break up a long drive. The location and property were perfect. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Highly recommend!!

Nice and simple

Staff was very helpful and friendly, all amenities were very good and clean, though a couple of things could be better. But overall very happy and will stay again.

La entrada, recepción y la terraza estaban limpios y bien cuidados. Los recepcionistas fueron amables. Reservamos una habitacion doble con mascota. Cosas que no nos gustaron: - eran dos camas individuales. - los muebles de la habitacion eran viejos y anticuados - la television muy pequeña, imposible verla desde la cama Lo peor de todo fue encontrarnos una botella de agua usada en la nevera y el olor a humedad de la habitación. Nuestra conclusion: esta bien como hotel de paso, para una noche, pero no para un estancia larga. -

Definitely not 4 star. Beds hard. Small plank like pillows. Cannot get a cup of coffee at all, before 8.30 am on weekends. Spanish style breakfast. Fresh selection of meat, cheese and fruit. Staff miserable. Could not find anyone to give us ice and a glass for a drink when we arrived at 2pm!! Noisy as children's parties and weddings until 11pm. We were road tripping, so not suitable for peace and quiet, or refreshment services

Great hotel used twice on stopover to southern Spain can’t fault it

Perfect stop on the route

The hotel was conveniently sited, just off the motorway, but sufficiently away from the centre of things to make it an excellent and quiet stop over as we travelled from Santander to Andalucia. The ferry was three and a half hours late due to rough weather, which made our arrival at the hotel approx. 1:30am, but when I rang the hotel the staff were really helpful and there was no problem. The car park is outside the hotel entrance, so easy for tired travellers and is secured with electric gates at night. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very good and everything is very clean. The beds were comfy and we had a small balcony overlooking countryside. The grounds are lovely. They obviously cater for wedding parties. It was a flat site for walking the little dog we were travelling with. Breakfast was the usual spanish style, ordered at the bar, but we could have as much as we wanted and the staff were excellent. All in all a very good stopover. Definitely would stay there again.

Excellent for a quiet, comfortable, clean hotel, big room, with pleasant stay. Only improvement would be to add a bit to their breakfast choices otherwise it's perfect.

We required a place to stay on our way to Portugal. The location was excellent , easy to park out of town, surrounded by sports facilities but near to the motorway. The building was very much like traditional designer and the rooms were clean with high ceilings that gave space. We intend to book again on our return trip.

Just happens when I arrived, it was good Friday. And in the centre was a brilliant display, in relation to the religious event. Really great to see. The staff were very friendly, and always willing to help with enquiries. Tamara in the bar was great. But the others were nonetheless great too.

breakfast disapoininting but adequate nothing hot

First of all, the hotel was not easy to find even with a good gps, and it is out of town. Reception spoke very little english. The room had tiny plastic cups, and no coffee machine. It had a balcony but no chair. It had a pool but you had to pay 5 Euro to use it. And the restaurant and bar was expensive. In fact we asked for a glass of ice and a glass of coke. Cost was $2.50 Euro. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.
