Paid to upgrade for a room which overlooked the cathedral square. Very nice room. The communal areas were atmospheric. The reception staff were very helpful. One of the waitresses needs extra customer care training.

The hotel was lovely as was most of the staff, Others not so pleasant

The property is centrally located close to all national monuments. Has several great restaurants on property.

Great location for a visit to beautiful Avilla. Clean, so reasonable, great breakfast! Church next door! We also had a wonderful dinner here! Highly recommmend

Hotel estupendo y personal eficiente y amable. Fuimos cuatro y alquilamos dos habitaciones. el último día que nuestra estancia Nos imprimieron resultados de vacuna que fue importante para nosotros porque viajamos a Boston usa y es mas fácil presentar que en el teléfono. Tiene una ubicación excelente en el corazón de la ciudad desde donde se puede ir a restaurantes, tiendas y bares. Estuvimos seis días, Agradecemos que nos cambiaran de habitación sin problema porque la primera estaba lejos del ascensor y mi marido ya es mayor y no puede caminar fácilmente Los baños están reformados pero solo con bañera alta no adaptada para mayores. Habitaciones con Plato de ducha serian necesarias para que minusválidos y personas de edad tengan más seguridad y no se caigan.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel with excellent, well furnished, luxurious rooms and it is beautifully presented. Lunch or dinner in the covered courtyard is a must and very well set out and served by attentive, friendly staff. The Tavern was closed on the days we stayed which was disappointing but drinks and snacks were still available in the courtyard. La Lola (gastro café?) was sadly disappointing and rather soulless (not sure what crowd or market they are trying to attract) but the rest of the hotel is really charming and an excellent base from which to explore Ávila.

Liked parking on site. Liked friendliness of staff.
