This is a family hotel kept in pristine condition. If you are travelling along the North coast of Spain and it is on your way definitely worth a stop. Also if you are visiting the Cathedrals’ beach. It appears totally new although we learned from the family that it has been going on for a few years. The rooms are very welll-appointed with great taste and minimalistic design. Our rooms and furniture were in great shape. We also had a good fresh breakfast at the location.

I have been travelling for business for over 20 years and have never had the level of service I experienced at Rias Altas Hotel. Everything was wonderful, especially the spectacular breakfast.

Lovely place and people

Service was absolutely superb, despite arriving at 2am. They offered free late checkout because flight had been delayed, and even made a sandwich because nowhere was open.

Reception

I typically do not leave many reviews, but I had to make to sure to write one for this hotel since it truly deserves recognition. The hotel has been recently remodeled and it has brand new facilities. The rooms are really comfortable, sparkling clean and some are provided with even ocean views. The hotel is really well located too, since it is in the main road that crosses the whole ‘A Mariña’ area, and really close to the ‘Praia das Catedrais’ or Cathedral beach, the main landmark. They have their own parking in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient too. The staff is really kind and supportive. It is a family business with genuine care for their customers, they are always attentive to answer any questions, to provide information about the area, and to even provide water and snacks. They show an authentic and fantastic hospitality in general. They have a restaurant in the ground floor with great Galician food. Even if you don’t stay in the area, I recommend to visit the restaurant. It has an extensive menu with variety of typical dishes. We tried a few of them and they were all delicious. Overall, we strongly recommend to stay and to have lunch in this hotel. So, if you are looking for accommodation in the area, don’t search anymore, this is the place to stay and come back. You will feel like at home in a nice environment.

El Hotel esta nuevo, la habitación es amplia y cómoda. No hay problemas de aparcamiento y lo único que eche en falta fue tener una pequeña nevera. El personal muy agradable y servicial.

¡Un encantador hotel! Ha sido una de mis mejores estancias. Nosotras no habíamos solicitado desayuno y decidimos en último momento tomarlo, no dudes en desayunar. El personal es maravilloso, te resuelven todo con una sonrisa. Sin duda, regresaré.
