Hotel RH Murcia Centro

Very convenient central location. From the pictures I was worried the room would be old, but it was in good shape. Not much of a view as the window was into an internal shaft, but it was ok and quiet. Probably slightly exceeded my expectations so would consider again if staying in the centre of Murcia.

Air conditioning worked great in December! That is a must for my partner. However, the bed was perhaps the worst we have experienced in Spain and just about anywhere (except for the bed in a Tybee Island South Carolina, USA which was the worst). Staff were ok but not that helpful. No restaurant or full service amenities on site. So... Not a real hotel. We had to go down the street to a local restaurant to get a bag of ice. I'm sure there are better places to stay in Murcia. We bailed on our stay and went to Cartagena which was much better.

Stayed 2 nights. Room spotless. Location great very central. Plenty tapas bars restaurants in short walking distance. Staff helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Excellent location parking very close hotel at very cheap price.

Good location, clean, quiet and friendly staff.

Only issue was a water leak from above bathroom. Place was full. They put is in a room within minutes and then got us back in a better room the next morning. Staff were helpful regarding providing information on laundry options. Good job!

Compact, but well designed with all the needed amenities. I especially liked that you could close the bedroom door where the wardrobe and the entrance door were to provide a quieter environment for sleeping.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room, though small was comfortable. Easy walking distance to areas of interest as well as cafes/restaurants, etc. The hardest part was getting into the recommended parking lot which only charges 9 euro. Due to the lot being in front of the Mercado and much construction as well there, the street leading into the lot that is close to the hotel, was blocked. The hotel staff were great in helping us to find a way to get to the other side of the lot where we could enter but this took us close to a half an hour, to go two short blocks away because of the one way traffic as well as the amount of traffic. It was very frustrating but we did finally get into the lot. Also important to know is the lot does not have an elevator and there are many stairs so if you have a lot of luggage, just walk down the car ramps. Back to the hotel, our room was really nice, the large clean bathroom had a great shower, and the outdoor patio gave us a great view of the area with comfortable chairs and a table. The breakfast was ok. The buffet offers good meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, pastries and bread. The scrambled eggs tasted like they were reconstituted from powder. We were the second people in the dining room and the bacon was already gone and not replaced while we were there. Poached eggs appeared but we'd already eaten. All in all, Murcia was a lovely city to visit and the RH was a very nice hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Room was good . Quite spacious bathroom. Tv remote didn’t work eventually got a new one but still didn’t work the tv. Breakfast was ok ,but the hot food was cold .
