Great stay. Hotel very clean. Staff very friendly. Hotel is not used to British visitors but staff very friendly and most spoke good English. Only booked as a last minute trip. Nice area and felt safe.

Staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough with any help needed or questions asked. Lovely hotel close to the beach, food (buffet) was great and also hotel was close to train station. Rooftop terrace was great place to go and chill out after a day at the beach.

This is a location for FAMILIES with young children, tons of activities for the kids and adults alike. The room itself was quite old and A/C on full blast felt like a breeze during a very hot evening.

That said, it may not be the best choice if you’re looking for a quiet or kid-free environment. The location is a big plus: just steps from the beach, close to local restaurants, and easy parking nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to the stay. However, the food was average and could be improved. I also requested a wake-up call that was never delivered, which was disappointing. Overall, a great spot for families, but with room for improvement in service and dining quality.

The hotel is in close proximity to the beach and the town centre where the shops are. The hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two week stay at the hotel. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back again.

There is a minibar fridge in the room with nothing in it. No tea or coffee making facilities, nowhere to get a coffee in the hotel before 10am. No coffee machine. No room service to order a coffee. Plus only one small bottle of water in the room for two people. This is four star? You need to get a machine!

We traveled there after the season - middle of October and enjoyed every moment at the resort. Our option was “ half board “ and there is no single complaint about a choice of the hotel. Food was just good, room was clean and nice with view to the Mediterranean from the 7 th floor. Safe city for walking, parking your car

Travelling as a couple, we booked two nights on hotels.com for €123, in late August. Driving into Vinaròs we were a bit perturbed, it is not the nicest looking of towns. Free parking on the street very close to the hotel. Booking in, we realised this is a very family orientated hotel i.e. lots of screaming kids. Ideal if you have children, not so much if you don't. The room was nice and clean, but I wouldn't say 4*. We admired the giant chimney just outside the balcony, then went for a walk to the beach. There's an ok stretch of beach a short walking distance, plenty of eating places, but it's all a bit ragged. Nice breakfast. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here. For the amount we paid, I would have expected either a nice four star hotel or nice location. I didn't particularly feel like we got either.

No instructions or introduction about the hotels facilities and services. No English speaking staff at the restaurant. Restaurant food wasn't tasty. Desserts were not fresh baked but shopped bought even in plastic bags in the breakfast. Juices and yogurts are artificially flavored. Drinks didn't include to the all inclusive, not even water. Only at breakfast you got coffee and tea. Restaurant was very very noisy. Should do something to reduce the noise or echo in the restaurant. Otherwise nice neat comfortable hotel in good location. Rooms were comfy.

Agréablement satisfait de notre sejour en famille. Personnel disponible et accueillant. Appartement très propre, confortable et bien agencé. Vu sur la mer ou sur rue avec balcon très appréciable. Repas et petits dejeuner copieux avec un large choix de buffet. Proposition d’alternatives en cas de regimes alimentaires particuliers : sans viande, vegetariens,… Quartier calme avec plusieurs parcs à proximité pour les enfants. Parking sous sol ou places de parking disponibles tout autour de l’hotel.
