Excellent value for money

Ideal property for our needs, very good price, very peaceful, we wanted a quiet relaxing time away as a couple and that is exactly what we got

Myself and partner had a wonderful stay and can't really complain about anything, the rooms are basic but spacious (bedroom, living room and bathroom) clean with a well maintained. The food choice was excellent, fresh and with plenty of variety. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of shops bars and restaurants.. although Costa Calma is more on the quite side, there are still plenty of activities around to do and see.

This hotel was pretty good. Room was clean and spacious. Outside the room looked very clean as well. We only stayed 3 nights but had a good stay. The food is typical of what spanish hotels offer, though there are 4 sessions so you cannot go hungry. Wine and beer available in there and you can eat outside. 2 bars outside the food room,but only 1 open at a time. The downside on this is the lager froths out so you only get a small glass each time. Spirits are maximum 25. Some 15. BUT, Its help yourself so the weaker spirits are probably a very good idea. As for the area, 10 mins to the beach and 10 mins to the beach bar and 5 to the next. Coming back the road way, very few shops and I found just 2 bars which was very disappointing . Would I go back..no..simply because we like more bars and cafes and an english breakfast somewhere . But if you like just sitting in the sun, it seems a fine place

Basic but comfortable. Quiet in general and very relaxing. Convenient for other local amenities. Food more than adequate but the dessert section is very detrimental to the waist line. Discipline required. Simply put…. I would go back again.

It was o.k. I only stayed one night. It was difficult to find. I don't usualy stay all-inclusive but the buffet was fine.

The property was very good value for money. Everywhere was clean, the rooms very spacious and convenient. There was enough choice of food always, and everything (the buffets and the bar) were always well stocked and nothing was missing. The staff at the restaurant were very efficient and very helpful and friendly. Same goes to the staff at reception. We were out and about most of the day, so did not spend all our time at the property and for that this hotel was perfect for us - great price and good quality, would recommend.

Young children happy enough with the pool etc, but no Catering for young teenagers, evenings/day time. Reception staff and manager bent over backwards to sort out our accommodation requests. Very little to do in the area outside of the resort. Bit of a holiday camp experience with very poor food choices. We came prior to covid and enjoyed our stay, but this time has not lived up to it. The food has been very repetative, poorly cooked and constantly recycled into various cold mixed salads or sort of stews. Not very sophisticated, deserts out of packets eg biscuits, bought cakes and biscuits and flavoured custards. Staff very friendly though and always very busy

Great hotel staff, really helpful and always smiling. Great animation staff, great food, great location. Difficult to find something that we did not like!

Great place, beautiful grounds, very clean inside out. The food was good too, less choice during the lunch as probably people tend to get out to see things, but plenty to choose from for breakfast and dinner. Especially keeping in mind how much you have paid for it. I know there are people who pay 250£ per week per person for the room AND for all inclusive meals/drinks and complain because there’s no caviar or beef fillet stakes for dinner!! Be realistic:) I wasn’t expecting to be that good for what I’ve paid, so really pleased it exceeded my expectations. The heated pool was the highlight of our stay with a toddler, spent hours there and never to busy in there. Animation team was great, waiting staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean

Very nice 3 star hotel all areas very clean reasonable selection of food we were allowed to check in early which was a boost Staff all very personable accomadation had living room as well as bedroom and bathroom and nice exterior terrace only negative no white wine at pool bar just sparkling cava would thourly recommend to others

We had a fantastic time at the Royal Suites Hotel from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. The staff were faultless from arrival at reception, through to the catering team, cleaners (restaurant and room) and especially the Animation entertainment team who genuinely made our stay. The room was fine, nothing fancy but was all we needed - a comfy bed, a clean bathroom and nice-sized balcony. We made use of the safe in the room and also hired the beach towels on arrival for the week which saved us having to bring them with us. The pool area was lovely, relaxing and well maintained. The serve yourself poolside bar was a treat. The all inclusive restaurant served a great selection at every mealtime and, although it was a little monotonous toward the end of our stay, we always found something we liked and never went hungry. The poolside activities were great too - we joined in with aqua-gym, darts, shuffleboard and water polo and got on really well with the friendly team. The evening entertainment was also brilliant - the team put in so much effort and it showed! The hotel is kind of in the middle of no where which was great for the kind of holiday we wanted. The beach was just a short walk away and there were some shopping centres and restaurants within walking distance. The free bus to Oasis Park was a nice surprise too - would definitely recommend a trip there! All in all, a fantastic hotel, amazing staff and wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend!

6/3/17 for 1 week Hotel Very clean . Food very mediteraenian . Staff brilliant . Rooms big . Entertainment good . Beach 10-15 minute walk . Very German but no problems . Indoor pool is lovely and warm . Quiet area . Great for a 3 star . Weather was lovely .ideal quiet break

Piscina riscaldata (coperta), cibo insomma, biliardo, giochi, campi per poter giocare (bocce, tennis, basket). Peccato in questi giorni (fine gennaio) c’erano lavori in corso intorno alla piscina, una parte era interdetta e l’odore della vernice durante i pasti (il ristorante è proprio lì) rendeva l’aria irrespirabile per mangiare all’aperto. Parti esterne curate, camere essenziali ma spaziose, tanti gatti per il villaggio (molto piaciuti ai bambini). Posizione strategica per le spiagge del sud

La chambre était grande propre bien située Le personnel était très sympathique

Es war ziemlich gut, nur das WIFI war schlecht und zu wenig Steckdosen in der Suite.

Struttura carina, personale gentile, mangiare purtroppo lascia molto a desiderare
