Hotel San Glorio

Nothing particularly unique about the hotel!Well situated, friendly, and the receptionist was exceptional .We have been before, and hope to return!

Clean room. Staff was nice and welcoming. Location is great, next to train station and bus stop to the airport. Good value and would visit again.

Parking was far from the hotel, although you could park in front of the hotel, unload and then go and park the car, but it was not close. The hotel was comfortable but a bit noisy in the evening. The location was great and convenient. For the price I would recommend this place.

Near train and bus station. Very clean, comfortable bed and quiet location. Good coffee and simple breakfast in hotel cafe bar. Small supermarket and grocery store very close by. Dined in the nearby Pena Candil seafood restaurant and it was excellent.

Perfect hotel stay for only 2* and very close to city centre/bus station/train station. Staff were nice. Great cozy coffee place right next to hotel to have nice breakfast. Only downside was no air conditioning in the room. Overall lovely place to stay and will definitely visit again. :)

Booked a cheap flight which arrived at 22:00 and needed a hotel convenient for airport bus stop and easy to find. San Glorio fitted the bill. Hotel is basic but spotlessly clean and price was very low on Hotels.com.

Very basic hotel but reasonable for the budget price. Room was very dark. It had a window but this looked towards an enclosed space with no sunlight. Occupant of adjacent room had a loud voice and seemed to forget that they were in a public place and held long phone conversations into the early hours. Not the hotel's fault but the thin walls didn't help. Furniture looked fit for the scrap heap. Bathroom was reasonably clean and functional. Reception staff were generally pleasant and communal facilities such as the lift were fine...though it scarily dropped an inch every time I stepped into it! The area isn't the best but Santander is generally a very safe city and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the city centre and especially convenient for the bus and train stations. Overall, a reasonable hotel considering the price and fine if you just need a bed for the night and somewhere to get clean. You can get better for a similar price but then you'll find yourself miles away on an industrial estate!

At best, this is an adequate place to stay. There is no ambience to this hotel, just a long dark corridor to the rooms. The hotel shares the building with other apartments and is very noisy late into the night in our room. Very overpriced and expensive. The room was large and the bathroom was good. The coffee shop is good.

Convenient location w/r to transport and the staff was very nice.

A decent hotel for 2*. A good location to reach the terminal bus station.

All great excep they put us in smokers, when we dont smoke, and the room smelled quite a look like cigarrettes... we would have appreciated if they asked us if we actually wanted that. I guess they run out of non smoking rooms with a double bed but we would have prefered twin beds non smokers if that was the only option....
