Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast!

The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice friendly young lady on the check in desk. Restaurant wasn’t open but there is a huge shopping complex with restaurants/bars/takeaway next door. We stayed with our two small dogs which they allowed this time but was told they usually only accept one small dog (10 kg) so unfortunately we can’t go back. Thanks anyway for this stay.

Easy to park and right next to the huge shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. Old town not immediately accessible. We were on a short stay which meant we had dinner in the shopping centre. Excellent, good value restaurant only serves breakfast. Good range of hot and cold food. Very helpful efficient staff.They have an area away from the buffet which is dog friendly. Our dog was happy in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and shower clean and easy to use.

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great shower. Handy to have secured onsite parking. A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the weekend. But the breakfast was still served and was very good!

Hotel is in a good condition. Very friendly staff, helped with some great food recommendations. A bit far from the centre, but walkable if you enjoy walking - or otherwise the bus options are decent. Was able to find free street parking very close to the hotel. Very good value for money overall.

Perfect for what we needed. Great staff, pet friendly, very comfortable beds. AC worked well. The suites could use more stocked utensils, although the placard invites you to ask for needs, which we did. But more than only the VERY minimal basics, why not 2 wine glasses, more than only 2 pans to cook with? It would be helpful, as would an actual mini frig in addition to a minibar. In all, a pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

Sercotel is a nice property in a good location and was great for what we needed. The only complaint I have is upon checkin they refused to reimburse us one night’s lodging when our plans changed. They said that because we went through a third party they were unable to do anything about it
