The staff was kind and attentive but the hotel clearly need a renovation, inside and outside. Meal service is free buffet, you will be able to eat a lot of food, mainly if you arrive soon at the restaurant, but if you are looking for a medium quality products avoid it, as well as you are looking for a peaceful environment because it’s full of kids up and down all the time. We stayed for a week and met two different summer camps. There better options in the same town with better balance quality/price.

La experiencia del hotel un poco decadente de la verdad... la cama esta hundida por el medio (esos colchones deben tener muchos años..). Tuvimos de decoración en la pared mosquitos que habían aplastado. Una bañera sin tapón. Una puerta de armario que se abría sola y no se podía cerrar así que cada vez que ibas al baño, salías o entrabas de la habitación tenias que apartarla. El bufet pequeño pero completo. El personal fue amable y agradable.

Se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo. El cojín es muy plano por lo que no es muy comodo para dormir. La cena standard. El desayuno tenia pocas opciones saludables, muchos cereales y bolleria pero heché en falta más variedad de fruta y frutos secos. El staff genial.

La situación del hotel es inmejorable y el desayuno ha mejorado considerablemente en comparación al año pasado y con más opciones para celíacos pero las instalaciones necesitan una mejora ya que hay escaleras para el acceso a las habitaciones que estaban rotas y era incluso peligroso acceder.Se agradece el pack para los perros y que puedan alojarse.

Desde el principio ha sido penoso, sin Aire acondicionado, con un ruido espantoso de un motor que teníamos abajo de la ventana, por la mañana a las 7, los trabajadores de la cocina fumando y hablando debajo de la ventana de nuestra habitación, al decirlo nos cambian de habitación, de la 205 a la 228, al decirlo en recepción despues de dos noches, un poco mas fresca y nos dejaron un ventilador. En cambio en la otra parte del hotel tenían balcón y aire acondicionado. El desayuno, la bollería estaba seca y dura, muchas moscas, las instalaciones muy viejas y con telarañas, en la cafetería la chica no sabía hacer ni un cortado y estaba comiendo en la barra, vamos experiencia desastrosa. La piscina congelada, muy pocas tumbonas, las instalaciones deportivas estaban muy deterioradas y con peligro de los niños clavarse las vallas, la animación nocturna eran los mismos chicos que por la mañana hacían actividades,vamos que hacían jornadas dobles, para no volver nunca ni recomendarlo.

Pour un hôtel soit disant 3 étoiles, je ne pense pas qu’on y soit. L’établissement n’est pas très propre et plutôt vieillissant. La chambre avait une climatisation mais réglage permettant d’avoir soit trop chaud, soit trop froid. Les prises électriques à côté du lit ne fonctionnaient pas. Le rideau occultant était fixer de manière approximative, le robinet de la douche aussi. Le nombre d’étoile pour la satisfaction est essentiellement du au fait de la localisation pour accéder aux randonnées des parc naturels alentours, et au fait que les chiens soient accepter (très bien accueilli d’ailleurs)

Hemos estado 1noche, muy cómodos; Las habitaciones normales, destacando el cuarto de baño q está totalmente reformado y amplio, la nuestra no tenia Aire acondicionado, pero en el Pirineos Catalán siempre las noches son frescas!! El desayuno variado, es de 8 a 10, y si vas a las 9:30 encuentras de todo, el zumo de naranja buenísimo.
