I was given a small dark room but luckily the changed it for me. I had also booked this hotel because of the spa but that was closed so that was disappointing. This should have been updated in Expedia.

My second year staying at La Casa Mudejar. Great Experience, with Great Customer Service. The front desk is super helpful & attentive. The rooms were clean, fresh, & comfortable. The front room with the balcony overlooking the street is great for people watching. The WiFi can be a little slow but that is my only complaint. 5/5 experience.

Excellent hôtel and outstanding service with a near ideal placement two steps away from the Plaza Mayor. Only drawback is the lack of parking but they offer a Valet service for 17 Euros per day.
Other than that a very solid choice and highly recommended hotel.

Rooms were clean and personnel was helpful. However we were trying to contact property in advance (via Phone & text) to ask further info about the spa services. Nobody replied and we found out when arrived, that the Massage services were fully booked. Given that we booked Spa property for it´s services - while the price was quite high- this experience was a pretty disappointing.

It’s an older property so I wouldn’t expect the building to be in perfect condition. It was clean and the beds were comfortable but there was no bathroom ventilation and some area of the walls needed repairs. Also extremely difficult to find parking anywhere nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ideally located and good service, but couple notable problems: 1) sound proofing is poor. Had to call desk at 12am to complain about really noisy family upstairs. 2) Massage services are professional, but the jacuzzi water was cold. I wasn't only client to complain about this, but nothing was done. Since clients pay 20€ for an hour of use, heat should not be in short supply. Plenty of hot water in bathroom though. Good breakfast buffet, but pastry shop next door is not to be missed.
