Petty clean and nice budget hotel with good breakfast included

It’s was ok, same day booking, lots of restaurants around the area

Didn't have breakfast, but i can saw was well,

Breakfast very good. Noisy neighbours at midnight (though this not the fault of the hotel).

close to Madrid city, the toilet equipment were working effectively

We had a very basic room with a shower and TV. It was clean and just what we needed.

Mi family and I spent the worst eleven days of our vacation in this hellish hotel that lacks the minimum conditions to ensure the welfare of its guest. The employee at the reception called Paula is a bitter young woman, she never responds at the greeting nor gives thanks, much less good morning or good afternoon. The bathroom emanates nauseating smell that forces you to sleep with the window open spite the hot. The first two days the toilet did not work and although we put the claim, it took two days to repair it. The towels that were once white are now yellow. If you need to stay in Valdemoro, Spain, do not waste your time looking at this hotel or you will spend the worst days of your life. I tried for one week to talk to the manager, he never was on the hotel, at the end a guy who heard our complains, specially about the receptionist's very bad attention. The guy listened but as it nothing had happened, he did not care about our claims.

This hotel was listed as a 3 star on Expedia, so trusting their standard I quickly booked it without looking more into it. I pulled up to it late at night and to my dismay it was a 2 star in the slums of Madrid. Parking was promised - of course there was no available parking onsite. On top of that I had the most uncomfortable stay. There were sketchy people walking around the hotel at odd hours, noises, poor excuses for beds. Expedia also mentioned breakfast was included (it wasn’t - had to end up paying the front desk an additional 15 euros). Never trusting Expedia’s word again.

It is clean, has parking, internet. The experience was a bit spoiled by the kids congregating at the pub below. Mind you it was Friday night and hotel can not really help it. Maybe wekdays it is quieter.

Buena calidad precio calidad El personal excelente la ubicación perfecta en el mismo centro y además parking gratuito y en el mismo hotel

De desayuno gratuito nada de nada.

Poco que valorar estuve el tiempo exclusivo para dormir, la habitación muy limpia, la cama y almohada muy cómoda, lo mejor tiene parking

Temiz ve sıcak bir odada ailecek rahat bir gece geçirdik. Otoparkının olması çok iyi. Bir gün önce Barcelona'da arabamızın camı kırılıp çantalarımız çalındığından otopark konusu bizim için tercih nedeni oldu. Tek sorun odaların ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Yan odada çok gürültücü bir çift vardı. Onlar birazbrahatsız ettiler. Yolu düşenlere tavsiye ederim.

Fint hotel, der fungerede fint til enkelt stop. Lidt larmende lørdag aften/nat. Men omvendt meget centralt. Ingen der talte engelsk i receptionen. Men det gik.

El hotel está bien situado al sur de Madrid y tiene una relación calidad precio estupenda. Está bien atendido y en el desayuno hay una variedad adecuada. Muy recomendable

La habitación no era como las de las fotos, bajaba mucho el nivel de lo esperado
