Perfect location near BKK airport. Good value. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Recommended

We quite enjoyed our stay, but for us it was the food that caused the most issues. My wife is vegetarian and some evening there was no vege option at all, there were vegetables but some had bits of ham in them. Some evenings there was a veg canelloni and spaghetti with veg which was good, other evenings there was nothing. The other problem was the inability to keep the food warm enough, the hot plates are not efficient enough. We found ourselves watching for food being delivered, otherwise it was luke warm very quickly. There was also a similar issue keeping the milk cool in the mornings, the cold surfaces just weren't very good.

Good hotel for a family holiday. Room was lovely great view looking over the golf course.

Large apartment but there were no toiletries in the room,not even hand soap.Reception did not rectify this.

Comfortable and clean apartment with good balcony. No English speaking TV channels and no one advised us what the WiFi code was. Complementary water. No toiletries apart from hand soap. Basic kitchen area was also good, again no washing up liquid. We didn't use the pool or restaurant as we only stayed one night. Staff all very friendly. Good mercadona supermarket near by with other shops and restaurants. We would stay again.

El apartamento no puede estar mejor.,el lugar es muy tranquilo, algo separado del centro,algunos lo preferirán. Sólo estuvimos una noche de paso, pero excelente en todos los sentidos.

The only thing good I have to say is the staff were friendly but the hotel itself needs to be closed and renovated or deep cleaned because I am just appalled that it is even called a resort. I saw 4 stars and I thought maybe people were talking about a different hotel. On the first day we got there, we arrived late in the evening, we wanted to have a shower and the towels were dirty covered in mould, there were cobwebs everywhere, the toilets looked old with stains that seemed permanent in the bowl, the place just smelt of damp and dust and the food was just bland some things were undercooked and smelt like they have gone off. The so-called gold resort is not available to everyone, you have to be a pro golf player and pay over a 100 euros to go on the court to play a game. The pools smelt like sewage and everywhere was just old and dirty apart dining hall. I would not recommend no matter how cheap they list it for, I didn’t take pics cos I didn’t want that horrible content on my phone. I had to keep asking for clean towels and for them to change our bedsheets. I felt irritated the whole time and could not connect to their Internet and they didn’t do anything to fix it, was told they have been having problems with it for a while and did not provide any solutions

Me and my partner stayed in a self catering apartment with a little kitchenette for a weekend. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel, so can’t comment on that but the pool area was fine and the apartment was nice enough. The room probably could’ve been cleaner and the kitchen was VERY basic - hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, basic knives, forks and spoons and about 3 utensils. Rightly or wrongly, I was a bit annoyed that there was nothing to wash up with - no dishwasher, sponge or washing up liquid - so we had to buy that for only a weekend stay, but maybe that’s normal for apartments? Also, you can usually rent irons from reception for just a deposit at other hotels but I was told it would be €20 deposit and then you’d have to pay €20 to keep it for the week as they have to order it in, again which was annoying when we were only there for a weekend stay. We also paid for a room with a balcony but instead had a ground floor apartment with a patio - maybe that’s normal and classed as a balcony, but still slightly disappointing. Other than that, the room was modern and nice, just the floors could’ve been cleaner, and it was in a nice location about 7 min walk to Mercadona, about 15 min walk to Las Americas and €7ish taxi back and taxi to the airport cost just under €30 which we ordered at reception when we needed to leave. Reception staff were nice and helpful. Would possibly stay here again if I got it on another cheap deal, but I wouldn’t pay full price for it I must admit.

Breakfast was great with a large variety and the hotel is stunning. Only downside is you have to pay to rent out the iron which I believe is 20 euros

Great value for money for our stay in Tenerife. We were given an apartment which had a balcony off the living area and also a rooftop balcony with sunloungers and hot tub (although not filled) which was amazing. The room was large, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Only downfall was no shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in bathroom. Lovely hotel complex however pool area was full of children so not ideal if there to relax as a couple. There was a smaller pool on the top level which was a quieter option. Didn’t use the restaurant however bar area/reception was lovely and modern and plenty of seating. Also a supermarket on the complex which was very handy. Would definitely return and recommend.

Área de piscina bonita y apartamento en general bien, pero la atención en recepción es horrible no saben tratar al cliente desde que llegamos hasta irnos. El servicio de la habitación muy malo. Puedes tener un buen hotel pero si tal atencion al cliente es pésima no quieres volver ni recomendarlo.

I had a lovely holiday with my husband. The hotel was quiet, beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the hotel as it will enhance your experience more joyful. If you are looking for peaceful location, consider this hotel. As a side note, we left a black wallet next to the bed in a room and I sent an email, message to the hotel but I still haven't heard anything yet. Please get back to me as soon as you read this message about this.

Located alongside a golf course, the hotel is to the north of the main tourist resort area but as easy enough walk (about 15-20 minutes) or cheap taxi. There’s a big supermarket nearby (and a well stocked mini market in the hotel) and the surrounding roads and paths are all landscaped so it’s very pleasant. The hotel itself isn’t that big - I’d guess around 120-150 well spread out rooms - so although it’s mainly aimed at families, as a couple we didn’t noisy or over-crowded. Our apartment room was great: big bedroom, living room with kitchen and a huge terrace. It’s basic but modern and clean. I’d say a really good value choice.

2 night stay. Away from all the noise. Pleasant staff. The apartment itself was fine. Unlike previous reviews, I didn’t have a complaint about the basic wifi (didn’t stream though) which was ok for me. Just a couple of things to improve. Couch in apartment had stains which doesn’t give a good impression though overall, the apartment was very clean. No amenities like shower gel and shampoo. That was really missing. They should really improve the quality of the breakfast, starting with a decent coffee! Even the instant coffee was of poor quality. I think most would be happy with a lot less breakfast items but good quality. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Chambre très bien, personnel super, piscine rien à redire, chambre vue sur golf et entrée vue route pas de soucis, uniquement l'entretien des sols extérieurs très moyen.
