Wifi was slow and inconsistent.

Great location. Really central and just across the road from the beach. My room was probably one of the least expensive but was quite dark with no view and little outside light. Reception guys were both really friendly. Not really a hotel with facilities if that’s what you’re looking for but great as a base.

Great location, friendly helpful staff & very clean.BUT, room was TINY, no bin in bedroom, no extractor in bathroom which was so small I could reach both walls with my outstretched hands.No lobby downstairs. Very expensive for this kind of accommodation

Two days prior to arrival a 260 Euro charge was applied for this booking to my credit card. This was an equivalent of approximately $400(Cdn). It is for a single room with a double bed, that was booked about 2 months earlier. I was in Pamplona prior, with a schedule change and had contemplated coming to San Sebastián a day earlier. Via the Expedia App I could have secured tha same single room for $260(Cdn) on Sep 06. Today I believe the room charge for a single night on Sep 08-09 would be around $190(Cdn). I stayed one night Sep 07-08. These price variation was incredibly wide. The room is so small with a double bed. Not worth the price I paid for it.

It’s a ‘province hotel’ and that’s part of its charm. Very nice people at the front desk who interact and help you out. Not a big deal of a room, it meets the purpose: good beds, a spacious bathroom and a good view. Breakfast can be skipped, there are many places around with a better value for the money on the subject. It has no parking so, add $40/night to your cost.

Very convenient, beach is walkable and just around the area

The proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and nearby landmarks was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful. They were in middle of air conditioning repairs so unfortunately the a/c in our room was not working well. Luckily, our room had a patio door to allow fresh air. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall, enjoyed the stay here.

Made a mistake in booking this option for convenience and price versus something a little more upmarket and a few € more.

Close to the beach and the old town

If you don’t want to blow the budget this is the place for you …. comfortable, clean, friendly, & a better location you could not ask for, from hotel foyer to being in the sea on La Concha Beach under 30secs. Typical hotel breakfast available, coffee juice ham cheese croissants fruit yogurt, for an small extra charge. Would recommend to anyone who values LOCATION over luxury.

todo perfecto, por si a caso, enfrente hay un discoteca, por la noche de fin de semana un poco ruido, pero normalmente ningun problema.

Our room was against the stairwell so it was occasionally noisy with people going up and down. There was only a wardrobe for clothes, a drawer unit would have been a bonus. The mini bar was only a fridge and there was no in room safe. Having said that the beds were comfortable the air conditioning was welcomed in the heatwave and the bathroom had a walk-in shower. The breakfast is continental style and adequate and all the staff are friendly and willing to help. The hotel is in a great location with everything within walking distance.

Excellent location

The hotel location is perfect and close to everything but the room wasn’t the best , it’s very small and the A.C is very old so prepare yourself to sleep with some sounds.You only get 1 pillow so make sure to request for another one if you prefer to sleep with more also they need to have do not disturb signs to avoid someone knocking on your door to ask you if you wanna clean your room or not.

This property is all about the location to the beach, which is superb. Other than this there is no view, parking is a nightmare, there is no lobby to meet in and the hotel is old and in much need off a revamp. The amenities are lacking and soap comes in liquid form in a little plastic sachet which is difficult to open with our spieling the contents.
