I found the location to be excellent- within a comfortable neighborhood, close to the tram and to Bilbao Intermodal. The night desk clerk is an angel! He resolved my booking issues, got me checked in at 4:30 am and gave me fresh coffee while he worked his angel magic.

Staff was excellent and very courteous. I even borrow iron and water heater from them. Location is excellent. Only downside is that the rooms are very small.

Small but very clean room in a great location. Reception staff were excellent (a guy from Cuba) and explained the various parking options we had. Shower was excellent, great pressure and plenty of hot water. A small bit cramped in the room but more than suited our needs for a two night stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Bilbao.
