Really comfy bed, easy taxi ride in to town

Location was ok but a hike to the city center. However there was a nice cafe, restaurant and bar.

Solid choice outside the center of Girona. 20 minute walk to the old town. Good value

Nice clean hotel. Excellent value. But, the best thing about this hotel were the staff. Incredibly friendly & helpful. And only 2.75 for a glass of wine at the bar.

Hotel rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. Aircon was not functioning properly and could not be regulated in the room despite there being an individual room thermostat. Hotel mgt explained it was centrally controlled (and out of their control) which is ridiculous. If turned on, it belted out hot air regardless of setting. Towels poor quality, very thin and a torn one was not replaced. One coat hanger and one dress hanger is apparently standard for the room though extra were kindly supplied on request from reception. Front desk staff were pleasant but it is surprising there is no duty manager always available. Lady running the bar worked incredibly hard and was very friendly. Received reduction after complaint about housekeeping standards and we were grateful for that but overall the hotel was a disappointment. This is not a criticism of individual employees but the senior mgt need to take a long hard look at the policies they operate.

Room comfortable. Food was very good. Nice breakfast and buffet evening meal. Staff very friendly, Pity there was no kettle and tea and coffee provided in the room. Short drive to the City and free parking.

They have electric car chargers as advertised with tesla supercharger on site and tesla wall chargers in underground parking.

Good on the whole. Reception staff very good. However breakfast room staff immature and appearing demotivated.

Always good value for money.

The hotel was well located. Is relative close to the city, but a bit difficult to walk to the city center, so if you have a car, this is a perfect place moneywise if you are looking for 1/2 nights stay.

Free parking was limited so had to pay 12 euros for underground car park, food in restaurant was fine and bed was comfortable but some decoration needed

Decent location, 20 minute walk into downtown Girona. Recommend for short stay.

I always prefer to stay at this property whenever travel plans permit. Consistently excellent and a high value for money.

This is a good basic hotel property and quite affordable. Staff was really nice and helpful. The immediate surroundings are more business than touristic. It is about 25 minutes walk to the centre of town. We were very pleased with the overall package.

Girona is half way between our destinations. This hotel is reasonably priced and has parking. You can walk to Girona centre where there are plenty of reasonably priced bars and restaurants

Nice clean hotel , good value and 20 minute stroll from the centre of Girona .
