Me gustó que estoy cerca del aeropuerto y a su vez en la esquina se encuentra la estación del metro de la línea 5 que me lleva directo a la Gran Vía sin hacer cambio de metro. La atención muy buena, la pizza deliciosa al igual que los desayunos.

It was my second stay at an Ibis hotel and it didn’t disappoint at all just like the first time in Paris. It is located half a block from Suanzes metro station and minutes from the airport by both taxi or public transportation. There are many parks, restaurants, and cafes in walking distance.

The room was clean and had everything we needed and you would expect in a budget hotel. The breakfast was good with a lovely variety from fruits, pastries, fresh juice ,salami ,ham , cheese , omelette, boiled eggs. The hotel staff were all so lovely and friendly Ivan and Jennife are so nice and helpful. The hotel is located few metro stops away from Madrid city centre.

It's an IBIS, you know what you are getting. Very convenient for Metro line 3 which is very handy. Some decent food and drink options around, but a few bits defo in need of an upgrade. Mixed area for sure but fine for a weekend.

Quiet area which was refreshibg after the pack of tourists all over madrid. Staff were excellent. Hard working staff Rooms very clean . Excellent sleep blackout curtains no noise from street no real noise from others in hotel About a 20 minute train ride to opera train station same line. Similar to and from airprort but need to change twice trains .

Rooms are good and comfortable. The reception area has a lot of activities. There are a bar and a restaurant. The day I checked in, there were a Dj putting music very loud. It was little weird but I only saw that one time. So not bad. Staffing is kind of serious. They weren't friendly with me even though I stayed four nights. The hotel is not near the attractions but it has the metro line very close. Nothing more to say. Ibis hotels are always good.

The staff at the hotel is helpful and friendly, from housekeeping, restaurant and reception. The breakfast buffet was complete with options for all tastes, very healthy and fresh. The service at the restaurant is excellent. Special thanks to Nina for the exceptional menu. Special thanks to Ivana at the reception for the great transportation tips that saved us money. We would definitely stay here again.
