The place lacks a bit of maintenance, floors are in poor shape and it tends to be very noisy in the morning. It might provide the value for the money you pay, but I would not rent again.

The room and bathroom were fine (the bed was big so there wasn't a lot of space around it to move around). The main thing lacking in my opinion was a kitchenette in the common area. There was only a water dispenser, no microwave, no fridge, not even a sink to wash dishes in. Aside from that, the location was good (beside the Plaza de España and within easy walking of the Plaza Mayor and Train Station).

Visited family in Valladolid with my partner and stayed three nights. We booked a double room which turned out to be quite small, the bed took most of the space. However it was good value for the price if one doesn’t mind about the space limitation. The location is excellent and the room was well insulated.

Debería tener aire acondicionado para la época de verano pues el ventilador tan pequeño que tiene no es suficiente, sobre todo porque hay que cerrar las ventanas en época de calor sí o sí.

Situación, estupenda. Zonas comunes muy descuidadas. No interacciones con nadie, es todo on line. Habitación pequeña. Baño muy pequeño, la ducha mezcla mampara y cortina y es muy fácil que se salga el agua. La alcachofa, imposible colgarla.

Facilidade no acesso ao alojamento. Banheiro muito pequeno. Para usar o sanitário era necessário uma ginástica imensa porque estava colado ao duche, que também era muito ruim de usar porque a cortina estava sempre a colar-se ao corpo e espalhava água por todo o lado.

Primeramente llegamos puntuales, la puerta del edificio no abría, entramos media hora mas tarde de la entrada, la television no iba, el pasillo estaba encharcado, y vino el de mantenimiento a la hora de haberlo llamado

El hotel esta muy bien situado cerca de la estacion de tren, junto a la plaza de España (aunque no da directamente a esta). Se trata mas bien de un piso muy amplio en el que lo que se alquila es una habitacion con cuarto de baño propio. El baño es lo justo para un WC, lavabo y ducha (con cortina de plastico). El agua de la ducha tenia poca presion. El papel de las paredes se caia y el ventilador de encima de la cama estaba lleno de montañas de polvo. A parte de todo eso, bien. Si vas a estar una noche, solo buscas una cama y no tienes necesidad de usar la ducha, es un sitio aceptable (principalmente por su precio y localizacion). Pero por favor no encendais el ventilador...
