de passage pour une nuit, nous avons trouvé ce petit hotel dans Marbella, excentré certes mais peu. Un rapport qualité prix tout à fait intéressant pour les petits budgets, surtout pour cette ville. Les chambres sont bien climatisées (alors que ce n’est pas précisé, ce qui m’a fait hésiter au début). Ensuite OK ce n’est pas du 4*, le frigo refroidissait à peine MAIS une grande bouteille d’eau était offerte (peu le font). Le parking était un peu « chaud » pour rentrer mon Q5 mais le réceptionniste est venu me guider. Sympa! Non pour le prix franchement je donne une note positive à cet établissement.

Room was decent and clean But the shower was too small and they had tiny towels as well !! They called me at 11 45 to remind me for the checkout and i asked them for 5 minutes extra Since i wasn’t feeling ok and needed a few extra minimum they said yes but send someone up knocking and pressuring anyway Area is pretty industrial and not safe at all at night!!

El Hotel no está mal. La ubicación en la que se encuentra no es la mejor. Es una zona industrial y se encuentra sucia. Las vías peatonales las usan de estacionamiento. No es un área segura para caminar. No tiene nada cercano el hotel que puedas ir caminando que valga la pena.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were always helpful and professional. The location of the hotel is a bit odd, as it is in an industrial area. It would be great if they built a rooftop terrace, so guests could sit and have a coffee or beer.

Beware - hotel located in industrial area, surrounded by tire/car repair facilities, bus maintenance stations and (icing on the cake) - beer warehouse right next to it. You will enjoin sounds of moving kegs and loading machines during whole night (except weekends). Also, workers will come early and will be extremely noisy drinking coffe in cafeteria on the first floor. Sidewalks are all occupied by parked cars, you can't use them so will have to walk on road which was unsafe as traffic is not light. No cafe/reataurants nearby. Room was clean, staff is friendly. Sound insulation in hotel is terrible though. When somebody turns on shower you are now hearing a fighterjet taking off.

Very clean room and excellent value for money. The hotel is located in the industrial area of Marbella surrounded by mechanics etc. but quite close to the sea. Aircon was ice cold and room was very nice.
