You keep asking about breakfast but we didn't partake if it so cannot comment Other wise all was good

The front desk guy was not so friendly with a few questions I had as I was traveling by myself with a baby

Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop.

It was good check in. Room was good size. Very clean. Great stop on our way to Costa Brava.

It is near supermarket. Convenient.

Difficult to find. Awful location. Very noisy 24/7. Too many 'people of the night' hanging around the hotel. Never again will I stay there.

It was decent for the price

Fine for an overnight stop ..although the main door is in a truck-stop.

ideal stop over from southern Spain to Calais. The fixed price buffet offered endless choices with wine and beer included. Great value for 17.50 euros.

The Hotel was on the Spanish side of the border with France position in a Truck car park where truck drivers bed down for the night before embarking on there onward journey. On site was a super market, bingo, and a restaurants. The room was functional but nothing to write home about. Staff were friendly and the cost of the stay was not bad. But not a place we would want to stay again. However, it is sighted right bt the motorway.

La Jonquera is mix of a truck stop and outlet location at the border between Spain and France. The hotel is adequate. This is purely an overnight in and out hotel. The rooms are clean but the heat was stifling with no air conditioning operable.

Le réceptionniste à notre arrivée vers 18h était très très gentil, poli, souriant et arrangent. Dommage qu il ait eu 3 jours de congés après. Par contre celui qui commence à 22h est complètement l opposé, il faut lui apprendre à sourire et à être poli. Ce métier n est pas fait pour lui, lui apprendre que le client le fait vivre !!!! Arrogant, méprisant. Lui demander un rouleau de papier toilette était comme lui demander la lune !! De plus il fumait avec des femmes dans le hall du complexe qui contient resto, cafétéria, assenceur.il ne sait pas dire bonsoir à vous de lui apprendre !! Niveau savon et gel douche moins on ne peut pas j ai dû acheter du gel douche car l' eau seule ne lave pas !! Chambre calme mais un coup de pinceau ne ferait pas de mal surtout niveau tête de lit. Les couloirs et le hall d' entrée étaient propres. Lors de notre dernière nuit nous avons changé de chambre c était une autre réservation. Même état des lieux, tête de lit à rafraîchir. Les télés sont très petites par rapport aux chambres.de plus la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas, nous l' avons signalé à la responsable des femmes de chambre, elle a essayé mais rien n a fonctionné sauf les différents changements, chaines, volume son , manuellement sur la télé comme dans les années 80 !! Aucun changement de télé nous a été proposé ni aucun geste commercial !!! De ce fait il nous fallait nous lever de notre lit pour effectuer des changements !! Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles c est inadmissible !!! Très déçus !!
