Lovely studio apartment - more than enough room for a 2 night stay, and the layout and design is really modern yet feels welcoming. Lots of lovely little touches, amenities and storage. I arrived early and enquired about early check in, which they were very accommodating of. Bed was incredibly comfortable and our room overlooked the courtyard so was mostly quite quiet. Will definitely check out other locations!

It felt like i was in my own little apartment living in the heart of the city. Very nicely thought out with everything you need in the kitchen, even my own cleaning kit with a new kitchen towel and laundry detergent.

Ibon Garcia was the best and made my stay In Bilbao very memorable and comfortable! Louana, Valeria and Bea were very helpful and accomodating !!

Terrible la forma de hacer el check-in.
El personal no te ayuda cuando lo necesitas, si no cuando ellos quieren. La habitación nosnla entregaron media hora tarde del tiemponde check-in ya que toda via no la terminaban de limpiar y eso hizo que llegara tarde a mi reunión por estar esperando a que me entregaran la habitación.

Very spacious. Enjoyed the large windows and balcony. Comfortable beds and a great shower.
Communication from management was excellent.
Logroño is a beautiful, fun city for walking, shopping and dining. The location of the apartment made everything accessible.

Had a unique experience of leaving my backpack full of valuables in a taxi that took us from the Bilbao bus station to our apartment were our kind host, Valerie was waiting for us at the door of our apartment to greet us with a key. About 10 minutes after she left, I discovered my backpack was missing. In a panick, we called Valerie and she was ready wiling to help as the only one who was able to get through with her knowing the ropes of the taxi system and the of course Basque language. Within minutes, thanks to Valerie, our faithful and honest driver showed up at the door with my pack and all was well. These are good, capable people who take great pride in their integrity as well they should. After that the very much enjoyed our stay in the nicely equipped apartment listening to music and cooking meals and getting good rest in the comfortable bed. Highly recommended. We hope to return ASAP!

Due a misunderstanding with booking process we had a fraught time gainjng access to the apartment that caused as extreme stress but once in we were bowled over by the studio apartment. Just brilliant on all levels. Cant recommend this apartment highly enough.

Great place, super clean and overall comfortable (could have used more pillows).
There are forms to fill out online proper to arrival for access to hotel and room. We didn’t know this so we’re surprised to not find a hotel representative anywhere when we arrived confused.
Maria was fabulous when I found a number to call. It would be great if a hotel representative was on ground floor, or there was a way to ring them from outside.

Très bel hôtel bien situé. Très propre. Service très bon. Mais très bruyant les soirs de fin de semaine avec les bars à Tapas. Si le bruit ne vous dérange pas car les fenêtres coupent très bien le bruit ( vous ne pouvez pas dormir les fenêtres ouvertes) c’est un très bel endroit que je recommande

Apartamento nuevo precioso, muy bien amueblado , silencioso , limpio agradable , esta en muy buena ubicación , zonas de ocio , compras , centro de Bilbao .
cercano a transporte publico y andando a casi todo ...
Lo malo es que trabajan con una plataforma informática de comunicación que tiene mucho que mejorar , nos cancelaron sin aviso la reserva del parking ya una vez estábamos dentro del parking y habiendo pasado 1 día así pues el precio nos cambio , el parking nos facturo por minutos . Para el late check out te confirman solo minutos antes de tener que abandonar el apartamento asi es poco funcional .
