Madrid Hotel

Great location for everything, close to metro and rail, only real downside for us was shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen, had we known this we would not have booked and it did not say in the hotel description.

The check-in was absolutely awful. We read check-in at 2 PM but we did not know that we could not come earlier and leave our luggage. The hotel is not marked on the outside nor is it marked on buzzers or mailboxes. We had to phone to get in, which is a problem in a new country when you are on the street and your internet is not yet working. Somebody helped us and we had to wait about 45 minutes until someone came, although she was inside, so she could have come earlier. Perhaps the room was not ready. There is no reception desk. This would have been fine had this been made known beforehand but it wasn't. Had we come at 9 from the airport we would have been out on the street for 5 hours with our luggage unable to do anything. Leaving was just as bad. The maid told us to leave the keys on the bed. Just one problem, to get out of the building you need to use a key. There were 2 of us so we figured it out, had we just been one person we would never have gotten out. Other than that, the room was fine.

Es un lugar de estafa total, no sé cómo sigue un lugar así en la plataforma, un vecino nos comentó que todos los días hay alguien nuevo esperando a que le respeten su reserva, a nosotros nunca nos contestaron en el teléfono que está en la palatafoema y no recibimos el servicio.
