Unique surroundings and sports options Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, but too expensive: there should be more options at the same time. Thanks to have a coffe table from 6 to 8h. Baskets needed in rooms. And towel hangings.

My wife and I stayed here over the Spanish Grand Prix weekend and booked only a week or so before. We have previously stayed in Barcelona itself but the traffic to and from the circuit is always a problem. The hotel is around thirty five minutes from the track and little or no traffic issues encountered. The hotel itself is set in a residential area but set in ample grounds of its own to feel secluded. We had a standard double room with a balcony over looking the mountains and the room was very large, of good condition and relatively quiet. Our stay included breakfast, which was filing enough for us not to really need to eat anything great during the day. Because the hotel is in a secluded area you are restricted to using the bar or restaurant in the hotel unless you want to drive to a nearby village. We found the hotel bar really amenable, the restaurant with its buffet option did not dissapoint with its varied options. There was a wedding on the Saturday evening, a little noise from the celebrations but nothing to complain about. All in all a really nice stay, and somewhere we will certainly add to our "go-to" list of hotels for Barcelona and the surrounding mountains

The rooms are spacious and the staff is super friendly. The location is beautiful, I just wish we had the chance to explore the surrounding area more. The only negatives we experienced were that the rooms were too warm and the AC doesn’t really work; opening the windows is fine but since there is no net it’s easy for bugs to get into the room. The second in the outdated key system where the key stops working if it gets close to a phone. We had to visit the reception multiple times during our 4 day stay.

The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. We even found a bag from previous guests). The room was an OK size, but the heater did not work well either. We even switched to cold air, but the temperature was the same. The pool is pretty old, smells bad (too much chlorine), and makes you feel odd. Not good for relaxing. I would qualify it as a 2 stars hotel, maximum 3 stars. No way this is a 4 stars hotel. And for sure, I am not coming back.

I arrive in station from Barcelona sants to bantya station air 2 pm and there was no taxi call the hotel to send me one and the receptionist told me they dont have taxi services?? I said have a reservation and he said he will try??? I then he cut off I called again and he said all hotel taxis were busy til 3 pm? I said send me from a taxi company please as I had an appointment at 3pm!! he cut off again and I called 4 times then I call the clinic next door to hotel where I had an appointment and they sent a taxi!! this is really very bad service.!! apart from it the hotel is nice I had dinner buffet and was delicious and room is big an clean, and the air-condition work!!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Bett war super (wenn man nicht weiche Matratzen bevorzugt). Leider ist das ganze Hotel nicht mehr ganz neu und wirkt etwas abgewohnt. (zB rostige Terrassenabgrenzung) Man darf sich daher optisch keinen herkömmlichen 4 Sterne Standart erwarten. ABER: Personal ist super nett, Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl und auch das Abendessen war gut und ausreichend. Für den Preis die optimale Leistung erhalten. Unser Zimmer (die große Suite) war riesig und die Aussicht genial !!!

Hôtel vieillissant La suite que nous avons prise était spacieuse avec une très bonne literie.mais a notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons ouvert le nini bar et la porte est restée dans ma main.la climatisation est bruyante et très peu efficace. La baignoire avec remous n a pas fonctionné. Pour le reste le personnel est au top,le buffet restaurant le soir et le matin ont été excellent.la piscine extérieure et grande. Voici notre séjour

El hotel está en un lugar muy agradable, la infraestructura es bonita, la piscina grande y con espacio, las habitación amplia y limpia, y el personal atento y servicial. Le falla muchísimo la insonorización en las habitaciones y esto tira al traste todo lo demás. Desde el baño era posible escuchar las conversaciones de la habitación de al lado. Las puertas de las habitaciones dan un golpe muy fuerte al cerrarse que hacia que en mi caso fuera imposible descansar desde las 6 de la mañana que empiezan los más madrugadores a transitar por los pasillos. Además al admitir perros, este problema se acentúa porque a alguno le daba por ladrar y penaliza el descanso. Una pena que no hagan algo para corregir la insonorización porque es un problema grave en el hotel.
