Nautilus Lanzarote

Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, early check in and nice rooms, rooms maybe a little dated in certain areas but I would be happy to stay here again

Just what we needed , very well equipped for self catering,and although we don’t need ramps for wheelchairs this is an excellent hotel catering for this, all staff very helpful

Love the peace and tranquility of The Nautilus. The accommodation is comfy, clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is perfect, near the beach & bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Cannot wait to return.

Turned up very late at night after our flight had been cancelled and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us (2 adults and 2 kids) plus 2 other families. Beautiful reception and gallery, fantastic breakfast and wish we'd had longer to enjoy the very spacious accommodation and lovely pool. Great location. Would love to go back.

The apartment was spacious with our own patio. The grounds were interesting and well maintained. We could walk to Matagorda and Pocillios beaches. The staff were very helpful.

This is a lovely complex, which I would without doubt be happy to return to if the pool was slightly warmer. The pool was the only disappointment but we booked specifixally to have a pool we could use in April, and this was not the case.

Friendly staff and lovely clean apartment. Nice pool too, would recommend.

Great one night stay near the airport before flying home. Pool area is great and apartment was nice and spacious. Given location, planes are a little noisy flying over in the day.

Fourth time we have stayed at this establishment. Apartment was in a lovely position enjoying the sun all day. Very clean and well equipped. Convenient for local restaurants and sea front.

Lovely Accommodation very well equipped. Beds super comfy. Polite staff. Supermarket reasonably priced however very close to other bigger supermarkets - bit cheaper. Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom Apartment which was around the swimming pool.

This is an excellent facility, so close to lots of amenities and the beach, staff so friendly and helpful. Also this is a very quiet facility every resident we meet was so pleasant. Room had great Wi-Fi and television was available, cleanliness was 110%. Not a single complaint.

We had a lovely week stay with breakfast which was varied each day which was really good. The whole place was kept immaculate and the rooms had everything you would need for self-catering. All of the staff we met were friendly and for us most of all it was very peaceful and relaxing we will come back in the future.

Great hotel and very spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. The Dutch girl at reception was very professional and very good person. If you had a problem she would sort it out ASAP. The only negative was the breakfast was not very good.

Stayed as a family of 4 from 20th-28th February 2018.Had 2 bed-roomed apartment. 2 single beds in one room and 2 single beds pushed together for us as a couple. Disappointed that it wasn't a double bed. Overall, I would rate Nautilus as good and booked following the rating reviews of 'Superb'. I don't really have any complaints but would give this advice. I wanted somewhere quiet to get over a recent bereavement and asked the hotel to accommodate that, which they did. However, it was a little too quiet for us and we just didn't see any people around after the sun went down. I found myself whispering, so as not to disturb other guests. Nautilus is in Matagorda and the entire place was just like a ghost town. I have never been anywhere so quiet. Maybe it was the weather but just SO weird. We had a few sunny days with temperatures of 23 degrees but not many. At night, it dropped to around 16 degrees and the wind made it cold. Our apartment didn't have any heating, so our boys were cold in their beds at times. There is absolutely no heating in the bedrooms and I would like to see this improved. It appears to me that air conditioning is free on Hotels.com website. However, this is an extra charge at the hotel but we obviously didn't need it. Again, there is a 2 Euro charge PER NIGHT for the safe and a 10 Euro deposit. There is a drying area for your cloths but it flooded our kitchen when it rained. Water tank too small and ran out of water for showers. Annoying. Staff friendly

Very friendly and helpful staff, Accommodation very good, clean and well appointed. Excellent facilities for disabled. Would recommend.
