En general, tuvimos una buena experiencia en el hotel. La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones son cómodas y el servicio fue amable y eficiente. Sin embargo, durante nuestra estadía encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación en dos ocasiones distintas.

the hotel is perfectly situated in the Serrano area, close to metro's, the retiro, and dozens of good hotels and bars. The room was very clean, check in was easy and they let me in a few hours before which was great as I had flown overseas and I had a meeting with clients. I did not try the restaurant or other amenities but I liked the hotel.

El hotel tiene una ubicación espectacular. La habitación 613 es fantástica y muy silenciosa. El staff es muy amable. Todo genial lo disfrutamos mucho

Disappointed with the experience. Used to stay here all the time (over 4 previous times) but now very different. - Some days it was over 70 degrees outside but the hotel refused to turn on the AC, claiming that it was still April. They had us open the windows which only open a few inches and there is way too much street noise to be able to sleep with these open. At $280 a night, one would expect at least AC. - Had to move rooms, as top corner rooms in the front of the property lack adequate WIFI signal. - Property is in urgent need of a remodel. Even the newer rooms with a view were we stayed are older. Bathroom was visibly aged. - Mattresses (on the three rooms we stayed at) were very hard and uncomfortable.

Very disappointing experience. Used to stay here at least twice a year due to its location and affordability. While the location is still the same everything else has drastically gotten worse. It is definitely not worth what they are charging now (2025). The hotel is run-down, even the newer rooms with a "view" are old to the point that the toilet seat on two of the rooms we stayed at were chipped in multiple spots. If you get a corner room, you will most likely not get enough wifi signal (which happened to us). They refused to turn on the AC even though it was very hot claiming that it wasn't the date yet. (We stayed in April). What kind of hotel refuses to turn on the AC? They recommended we open the windows, which we did but the opening is only a few inches. To finalize the experience, we had to catch a train and leave our luggage in their storage for the weekend as we were coming back to the hotel for a second stay. The front desk lady said that we could only leave one suitcase due to space limitations. (They had never told us this the previous 4 times we stayed with them). We almost missed our train due to this. Overall, very disappointing experience!

Excellent location and great staff. The rooms are looking old and damaged could be updated.
