Numa Granada Vega

Great communication before my arrival, clean and everything wanted during our stay. Location was excellent and great advice from the team for travelling by car.

We were assigned a baseman apartment S03 and I asked Laura if they can give us another apartment but she said that for my rate that was the only choice that they can not upgrade us. I told her that we are VIP, but she said she can’t. The apartment was next to the service and garbage room and the Storage lockers. The window was next to an alley (not a nice view). We’ve been traveling for years and is the first time we’re assigned a basement room. I was very disappointed.

Easy check-in and check-out. All done online. Location was amazing giving easy access to all that Granada has to offer. Great parking options nearby. Good bars and food around the apartment. The apartment (501) was amazing with everything you need and the most amazing roof terrace accessed from the lounge. I stayed for 3 nights and I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was excellent

Spacious, clean, great location. Arrived close to midnight during the power outage, having doubts that we could get in the building. Instead, someone (in all that excitement did not get his name) was waiting for us in the hallway. They let us in and helped us get our luggage to our 4th floor room. We thank the young man for the help and fully recommend Numa/Vega. Great people.

Excellent property, with only two issues that degraded my rating: 1. Thin walls - you can hear everything in the apartment next door and the street, so sound sleep is next to impossible (even with the free earplugs that they give you on arrival - that should have been an hint). 2. Temperature control: the A/C was stuck at 21 degrees Celsius, even when we tried to reduce it to 19 degrees. Again sleep was a casualty.

Terrible communication totally based on chatbot, therefore there is no human communication electronically. However there was a very helpful young man in the administration room, that was able to resolve some issues

I received lots of communication beforehand so that I could complete the advance check in. The propety was easy to access with the information provided, and was clean and well stocked with everything I would need. I would happily stay there again if visiting Granada.

The place is central, calm and well organised. I would give 10 stars if i could :)

This property has a lot of potential but really needs someone to check the apartments regularly for condition / maintenance. Numa is well located, close to all of the major sites, easily walkable to Alhambra (15 minutes to the Puerta de Granada, up through the park and you arrive at the front entrance) and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The first room we stayed in (1 bed with terrace) was spacious and had a fantastic view of the Cathedral. Unfortunately all of the building’s HVAC units are installed just outside the bedroom window and it sounds like someone is mowing the lawn - non-stop, all night. We contacted Numa to request a room change and the first person we spoke with said there are no other rooms of the same category available and suggested earplugs. It was late so we decided to try sleeping on the pull-out couch on the living room - this was terrible for our backs and not a sustainable solution for 5 nights. At 5am I reached out again and this customer service agent was far more helpful and offered a different room without terrace one floor down. We accepted the change and our room rate was adjusted accordingly. Phew! The second room was slightly smaller but much quieter. The only issue we had was a sewer odor that percolated through the apartment. During the day we would leave the windows open to air things out but as soon as they were shut the strong smell returned. We were unable to pinpoint the issue (tried running and not running the heat)

Our suite on the 5th floor with terrace was wonderful. The daily requirements were all free (sugar/milk for coffee/cleaning materials, etc) were free and easily accessible. The amenities were all top notch and support staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best short term rentals we have ever encountered and will absolutely look for Numa properties wherever we travel! We highly recommend Numa in Granada and wherever you go!

It was one of the best hotel in terms of money for value. But you have to fill guest info in advance to access the facilities. My room has some noise of ventilator.

Good value for money. No noise issues even though our spacious unit faced the main street.
