One of the best places I’ve stayed at in all of Spain. I had trouble finding it because the car GPS kept throwing me to a road that was closed. But that’s not their fault. They had an app to open the building door and apartment door which was pretty cool. Very nice and quite neighborhood with a nice park right in front and some awesome restaurants around the place too. Close to all the major roads and metro. Bus literally outside the building. Parking was a complete breeze. Bunch of white zones that your free to park in (blue zones are for meter parking and green are for residence only). Contact with the place was through FB messenger and they answered super quick! Very friendly and accommodating. They had paid parking at a private lot for €14 a day which is super cheap as the other parking lots start at €22 to €34 a day. The apartment was beyond nice. Two really clean and nice bathrooms with great water pressure. The kitchen was modern and had everything you needed to cook. A beautiful master bedroom with one bathroom. Clean sheets and linens with clean towels. Wonderful balcony with a wonderful view (apartment 3 on the 3rd floor). AC that was so wonderful in a very hot Spanish summer. I sadly had to leave one day early but would have love to stay longer

L'adresse indiquée n'était pas la bonne ! C'était Carrer de Catalana et non Avinguado, ce qui nous a obligés à chercher notre chemin. Sinon, installation très agréable. Notre seul regret : n'y avoir passé qu'une seule nuit ! Pour le parking à la résidence, les informations devraient être plus claires, car il est fortement conseillé de pouvoir en profiter, vu la difficulté de se garer à l'extérieur.
