Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was excellent in a desirable part of Bilbao. Plenty of terrific eateries in the surrounding area.

Loved our stay - in the square very convenient for bars and dining options in the plaza. Heart of old town easy to walk everywhere. As you are on the square some noise but with windows closed its fairly quiet and did not bother us. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean with all needed amenities. Easy check in and check out as sent codes ahead of arrival.

Nice room in a great location looking directly out on to Plaza Nueva. The square is very lively in the evenings but quietens down around midnight Keyless entry with a system of door codes to get in which were pretty straightforward.

I couldn't drop off my luggage before the checkin time. At night there were lots of singing and noises just outside my room which interrupted my sleeping for an early flight in the following morning. The info on taxi provided was not helpful.

Location was great, right in the middle of old city. Unfortunately our room had windows right towards the plaza Nueva and it was very noisy until late at night

Overall, a great room in a central location. The room was ready when I arrived and Igdanny was very helpful sharing information on getting around the city and provided outstanding customer service. The room is well sized for a single person, the bed was comfortable and amenities good for the cost of the room. The pension is located in the old town square, above a set of shops and restaurants (all very good ones). The area can feel noisy and busy, the pension is located on the first floor above the restaurants. If you are someone who needs total peace and quiet maybe not for you. However, not an issue for my stay, the benefit of the area outweighed the main square location (restaurants closed around 12am). A good selection of places to eat just a few seconds away if you don't feel like wandering out too far with supermarkets a few minutes walk away. The tram, bus, train and metro are minutes away from the pension and everywhere is walkable. Lots of information on things to do and the building felt secure. The pension was clean, tidy and accessible (lift in the building). Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If the room was slightly larger, a seating area would have been nice and a few extra pillows, daily towel changes would be beneficially. However, I have no doubt if requested they would have been provided. A great place to stay, with great staff and an even better location will stay again and would recommend. Thank you.

The pension is located in an unbeatable place for the beach goer. Plenty of good restaurants and bars very close by. The room was clean but it shows age. The AC was good and the room had good sunlight. The real minus was the bed. Two small twin beds just place together and not even attached to each other. So if you move at night like I do, you will end in between the beds! The beds were really small and uncomfortable. With a few changes this place would be a jewel because of the location.

Fantastic location, staff, room, very clean and secure. From the moment of booking to departure Danny and the staff were very hospitable. We’d go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend to all travellers.

It is located inside the plaza nueva which makes it an excellent place from where to walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and cafe all within the plaza

We arrived to the mention around 11:00 pm. We were looking for a bottle of water to take a medicine. Good thing that I found a bar, where I was able to buy a water. After spending on night both of us felt headache, dizziness, weakness, vomiting, and confusion. But we were able to go on walking tour. Next day we had to cancel all our tours because of our condition. I called the host to see if we can have a late checkout because we can not go anywhere and our bus was living in the evening. They told us that we need to make a new reservation, which I did. In Madrid we stayed at the beautiful hotel and for extended checkout they charged us only 40 euros, here we had to pay 125.00 euros, but on their reservation page they promised complementary drink. I don't think I have to explain there was no drinks. But our condition was getting worst. I opened a window and felt that we are brithing with carbon monoxide elevated level. Level of noise outside was around 48 decibels, because this square has 8 or 9 beautiful restaurants on yhe first floor. Locals are coming all day long to have a drink and food. I don't know that Is wrong with that room where we stayed, but I have a suspicion that carbon monoxide detectors either not working or missing. For us that was terrible experience.

Exceptional surprise in the centre of Bilbao. Check in all online, coded locks to building. Clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Great location - the heart of a historical bull fighting square now converted to cafes and shops. Easy to access room with no hassle online check-in. Price was pleasing as well.

Great stay, had slight issue with door however it was quickly resolved. Would be great if there were at least 1 english tv channel and internet access on the wifi, Would stay again

Great location in the middle of the old town in Bilbao. Really easy to get around from this location. Walk into the city centre into 10-15 mins, Guggenheim in about 20 mins, Metro to the beach (Getxo) takes about 25 mins. Highly recommended

Great location, rooms are small, clean and tidy, with good facilities, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning and TV. Access was easy - online check-in with key access to the building, escalator and room. Area is a bit noisy, but thats the offset of being in the main Plaza. Hotel access is on foot about 1 minute from the main road.

Great location!!! Honestly the room is in the middle of the old town so it’s easy to get everywhere from here! Just be prepared that the room itself is A bit small, but that’s expected with European rooms. Other than that I gave my stay a five out of five stars! I’ll definitely be back it’s perfect for a friends trip or solo trip.
